Ristorante Raimondi — Restaurant in Como

Mi sono recata al ristorante Raimondi di Cernobbio a Giugno 2021. Stavo tornando da una trasferta e la mise, pur non essendo della medesima eleganza tacitamente richiesta dal ristorante, era comunque ordinata, composta e pulita. Ciononostante, non mi sono sentita accolta con la stessa eleganza. Ero sola. C'era un tavolino più piccolo vista lago, eppure sono stata posizionata su un tavolo più grande, in mezzo al via vai, con un tavolo posto dietro la mia schiena il cui commensale era a ridosso alla mia sedia. Vicino a bambini che stavano proseguendo ad oltranza con capricci e urla senza che nessuno dicesse nulla. Tavolo appena liberato, con ancora le briciole del commensale precedente, bicchiere dei grissini sbeccato, cestello porta champagne del commensale precedente ancora a bordo tavolo. il commensale di un tavolo a fianco ne approfitta e si allunga verso il mio tavolo per prendere il rimanente della bottiglia per rimetterla a testa in giu nel cestello. Ho ordinato "Crema di finocchi gambero di fiume, aneto e ananas bruciata" specificando senza Ananas, in quanto allergica, arrivato il piatto devo constatare che l'ananas non è stato tolto e mi riportano un altro piatto con conseguente attesa. Ordino un caffè espresso e mi arriva un caffè macchiato, che accetto per non aspettare ulteriormente. Nessuno sconto o nessuna premura per farmi capire il dispiacere nel disservizio nei miei confronti. Vista ottima, camerieri gentili ma per le attese bibliche e il disservizio generale, non tornerò. La vera eleganza non è ostantare ricchezza bensì trattare tutti i commensali al pari elegantemente.

I went to the Raimondi restaurant in Cernobbio in June 2021. I was returning from an away trip and, although it was not of the same elegance tacitly required by the restaurant, it was still tidy, composed and clean. However, I did not feel welcomed with the same elegance. I was alone. There was a smaller table overlooking the lake, yet I was placed on a larger table, in the middle of the hustle and bustle, with a table behind my back whose diner was close to my chair. Close to children who were continuing to the bitter end with tantrums and screams without anyone saying anything. Table just cleared, still with the crumbs of the previous diner, glass of chipped breadsticks, champagne basket of the previous diner still at the edge of the table. the diner of a table next to it takes advantage of this and reaches out to my table to take the rest of the bottle and put it upside down in the basket. I ordered "Cream of crayfish, dill and burnt pineapple fennel" specifying without Pineapple, as allergic, when the dish arrived I must see that the pineapple has not been removed and they bring me another dish with consequent waiting. I order an espresso and I get a macchiato, which I accept so as not to wait any longer. No discount or no concern to make me understand the displeasure in the disservice towards me. Great view, nice waiters but for the biblical expectations and the general disservice, I will not return. True elegance is not flaunting wealth but treating all diners...

An honest review: my Fiance and I stayed at hotel Flori (excellent) - we decided to book a night for dinner at the restaurant as we may have heard the chef was well known. We normally do not do reviews like this, but be warned, food was extremely underwhelming and extremely expensive. We had a bottle of wine, two mains, and one appetizer. The pasta was extremely undercooked, appetizer was stale and so was the bread, and the whole time, the servers watched and circled our table like hawks. Our bill had come out to 200 euros before our gratuity and they had also added their own gratuity to the bill - so double check your receipts. My Fiance did not check and tipped them atleast 20-30 euros because he wanted to give the servers some service since it was a slow night - our fault for not checking but the servers should have the decency to say a something. I’m not use to add review on restaurant but I feel like I have to today. We went at the restaurant yesterday night, we had the best set up, probably the best table and the best view. Everyone were nice too. But the level of the fool was really bad.. compare to the place or not.. I didn’t take the picture of the main dishes but it could have tell by it self. Unfortunately the taste was as the level of the dressing, really bad. I don’t like to put bad review but it’s really a shame to not have a minimum quality to such a dreamy place.. we still spent a good night, the staff was good too. I hope we come back later with a change of the kitchen so that would be one of the best...
