Excellent food and service, just in a chaotic and noisy atmosphere. Al Cavalletto restaurant is in Pergine’s center, so it’s very easy to get there. I went there for lunch. There the atmosphere was cozy, but it was very noisy. The staff were very friendly and efficient: the girl who checked green pass patiently waited while I was looking for mine and the chefs made our pizzas in less than ten minutes. Speaking of which, they were delicious. The pizzas and their toppings were a fantastic combo -mushrooom, olives, speck-. It was a bit pricey, they charged us 1,50€, yet the bill was still reasonable, given that portions were big. I think I will go there again, but it wouldn't be my first choice. Il ristorante al cavalletto gode di una posizione strategica al centro della città; le sue tipiche caratteristiche tirolesi accompagnate dalla presenza di titolari e di uno staff di un’estrema gentilezza , professionalità , cordialità e simpatia, hanno reso sin da subito sublime l’inizio della nostra piccola vacanza ,resa ancora più sensazionale grazie alla magia dell’atmosfera natalizia .
