Ho avuto il piacere di cenare al Ristorante Alfiero e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza gastronomica spettacolare! Il cibo era semplicemente divino, come se il cuoco avesse fatto una passeggiata sulla nuvola delle prelibatezze. Il personale era più accogliente di una coperta calda in una notte fredda. Sono stati così gentili e amichevoli che mi sentivo come se stessi cenando con una famiglia gastronomica estesa.

La cucina del Ristorante Alfiero è un'arte culinaria che danza sulle papille gustative come un valzer gustativo, un'armonia di sapori che rende il palato un virtuoso del gusto. Anche il dessert è stato un capolavoro dolce, come se avessi assaporato una sinfonia di zuccheri.

I had the pleasure of dining at Ristorante Alfiero, and let me tell you, it was a spectacular gastronomic experience! The food was simply divine, as if the chef had taken a stroll on the cloud of delicacies. The staff was more welcoming than a warm blanket on a cold night. They were so kind and friendly that I felt like I was dining with an extended gastronomic family.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, im Ristorante Alfiero zu essen, und ich muss sagen, es war eine spektakuläre gastronomische Erfahrung! Das Essen war einfach göttlich, als hätte der Koch einen Spaziergang auf der Wolke der Köstlichkeiten gemacht. Das Personal war einladender als eine warme Decke an einem kalten Abend. Sie waren so freundlich und nett, dass ich mich fühlte, als würde ich mit einer erweiterten gastronomischen Familie zu Abend essen.

Purtroppo, questa volta la nostra esperienza è iniziata nel peggiore dei modi. La scorsa settimana sono andata di persona a prenotare specificando chiaramente che volevamo un tavolo nella saletta per festeggiare il mio compleanno e quello del mio amico. Arrivati il giorno della prenotazione, il nostro nome risultava già evidenziato come se fossimo già seduti. Eppure non avevamo nemmeno un tavolo. Dopo qualche attimo di confusione, ci viene detto che la nostra prenotazione aveva avuto un "problema" e che il tavolo nella saletta non era disponibile. Ci propongono di aspettare un altro tavolo... ma l'attesa si è trasformata in una mezz’ora di risposte vaghe.

La giustificazione? Semplicemente che le prenotazioni vengono prese da più persone e che non c’era stata comunicazione tra loro. A dir poco assurdo per un ristorante che dovrebbe avere una gestione organizzata, soprattutto per clienti abituali come noi. Ciò che ci ha infastidito di più è stato l'atteggiamento della caposala Stefania, che invece di scusarsi ha detto che "non era un loro problema". Eppure, alla fine, il problema è stato solo nostro, visto che ci siamo ritrovati senza il tavolo prenotato il giorno del nostro compleanno. Solo dopo averci finalmente accompagnato al tavolo si è scusata, ma a quel punto il danno era già fatto. Dopo tanta attesa, finalmente ci hanno dato un tavolo e almeno la cena è stata ottima: filetto tenerissimo, tagliatelle al ragu saporite, ravioli deliziosi e, come gesto di scuse, ci hanno offerto due sacher per il compleanno. Un bel gesto, certo, ma non cancella l'inizio serata disastroso.

Ci spiace davvero dover lasciare una recensione del genere, perché siamo clienti abituali e abbiamo sempre apprezzato la qualità del cibo. Ma la gestione delle prenotazioni e soprattutto l’atteggiamento del personale lasciano molto a desiderare. Speriamo che in futuro ci sia più attenzione e...

I do not understand the high score of this restaurant. The menu was limited, and some of the dishes were very disappointing, especially meats which was strange as the local cuisine is famous for local meats. What was really off- putting was the service which was very chaotic; we were serviced by 4 different waiters, at the end it was not clear who shall we tip, and apparently we tipped the wrong person since the staff was not even kind enough to pass us our coats from the rack( only women in our group so it was extremely awkward and not courteous at all) Overall very disappointing experience for a...
