Non ero molto soddisfatto dopo il mio pasto. The restaurant was nice for first impression walking in, once we followed our waiter though the restaurant we walked up a flight of stairs though the reception of the hotel and then to a small room. I found that it was strange the way the restaurant was separated. The food was nice beautifully prepared but some plates were just a little too elegant. The waiter nice and knowledgeable of the menu and wines at the beginning of the meal but we noticed he had some friends at the table next to us. One of the girls we overheard he was trying to hook up with. It wasn’t until dessert when he decided to sit down at their table and it was disturbing and was very unprofessional. He started cussing and flirting with the girls. We then had to interrupt him to ask for our bill because he clearly forgot we were in the room right behind him. It was not closing hour and no he didn’t end his shift. I think it’s because we were a young couple that he thought we would be ok with it. Read moreWe were at the restaurant today and the food was disgusting. I was there two years ago and I thought it was the best restaurant of all in Madonna. After, today's dinner I know that it is one of the worse I jad in my life. The service was very nice! After informing that the food was not good, the waiter brought the owner. Unfortunately he was not able to accept the failure of the kitchen. He assured us that the cook Veronika is great. Unfortunately the chef who was there two years ago in our opinion was amazing. The one (Veronika) currently can only peel potatoes. The Owner invited us for another dinner, but generally informed us "don't come in 10 people" which was rude and unecessary. Since we were only 5 people and mentioned it few times. The Owner seemed to imply like we didnt want to pay thats why we complain which wasnt true. We payed and tipped more than above. You can see that the michelin stars were probably given out by connections. Its a shame the owner could not take a feedback and a bit started attacking us back by saying we do not know what is the good food after going too many michelin stars...
Read moreThe food was tasteless, it looks like the chef does not use a salt and other spices. Okay, it can be our opinion as the manager told us but the food was cold which is not acceptable. They told us that we do not know anything about good food and high quality food should not be seasoned. They also offered us a dinner at their expense but the owner suggested that we should not come in a large group 😅 we came today in a group of 5 people and they told: we invite you but don’t come in a group of 10 people!! I think that he suggested that we are looking for a free dinner so we rejected their offer. We didn’t come here for a free meal so we paid our bill and left the restaurant.
