Very poor services. The staff was very rude. We had booked a table for 7pm for four. We arrived 10 minutes before. We were told to go out for a walk because the staff was still eating. We said it is fine we can wait at the table with a glass of wine but they said no go for a walk. So we did and at the same time we found another restaurant with much better services. Food might be good at your restaurant but if the staff doesn’t know how to behave with customers the food loses its value too.
Replying to your response below to my fist part of review above. You, as you claimed to be the owner, were definitely not present when we entered the local because if you were your good manners would require to come up to us and ask politely to wait which you didn’t. The girls told us to got for a walk and we all heard that and were shocked by it. You should not be called a restaurant. We came to your restaurant a day before to book a table in person. If we booked a table for 7 pm it is absolutely normal to arrive 10 minutes earlier to have a drink before hand. A piece of advise to the owner who responded below. Maybe it is about time to check what your staff is doing (perhaps they are taking you for a nice ride) or get some extra training on how to run a restaurant. Otherwise, you will have many more unhappy customers like myself and even your food...
Read moreThis one is a must. We (two adults + 11 month toddler) came for lunch and after the recommendation from a friend. Cozy local and well decorated which makes you feel warm and cozy during the stay. The staff was always attentive and gave us good advice about the quantity and the size of each dish. Luckily/unluckily for me the Chianina steak was waay too much for one person so I follow the advice and order a steak from a local breed (Grigia Alpina) which was an absolute success. We’re surely coming back for a 1kg Chianina T-bone steak soon. Besides the steak we ordered polenta (comes to the table in a hot still sizzling pot) and lasagna al ragu. For our toddler they served some pasta which was more than enough to...
Read moreThis was a good choice for the one night in Madonna di Campiglio we ate away from our hotel. Small but lively restaurant with an eclectic menu but also a focus on meat so we all ended up having steaks for our main courses (somewhat bewildering choice of options but all happy in the end with what they chose). Good pasta dishes for first course and vegetable sides (truffled mash and grilled vegetables from the Josper) enhanced the meal, as did a very good wine and drinks list. Desserts were good too. Service held up well on a very busy evening in...
