Vi scrivo per segnalare un problema riscontrato oggi presso il vostro locale. Ho ordinato uno yogurt ai cereali e, dopo aver iniziato a mangiarlo, mi sono accorto/a che il bicchiere era rotto in più punti, soprattutto sull'estremità.

Fortunatamente ho utilizzato solo il cucchiaio e non sembrano esserci stati frammenti nel prodotto, ma ritengo importante avvisarvi perché potrebbe essere pericoloso per altri clienti.

Vi consiglio di verificare i contenitori utilizzati, in quanto un bicchiere danneggiato potrebbe comportare rischi di ingestione accidentale o ferite alla bocca. In un locale bello come il vostro, ho mangiato uno yogurt buonissimo ,in una location bella come quella del lago è un peccato questa poca attenzione al.cliente e oltremodo pericolosa.
