The worst worst experience of Italy, please don’t come to this place, The gelato was horrible but we were ok , no service at all , we waited 20 minutes for our check which is again fine because the view is nice so we wanted to pay and the young girl said we can’t accept cash , we had no cash , she said you can wait until the chef comes, ok we’re waiting and no one shows up , so by that time i went inside and saw the credit cart machine so long story short they started screaming and yelling saying bad words in their language, we were just standing and shocked , so I started video taping and the old lady pushed me so hard I almost fell in the street, I have everything videotaped and putting it in YouTube, by that time the chef came and said I will call the police or pay cash , so he saw me videotaping and came towards me to grab my phone!!! He wasn’t successful,my sister tried to be so calm and paid and we left , we’re walking and the guy came and pushed me and tried to steal my phone !!!! Can you believe that!!! We’re going to our hotel and file the police report!!! So the person who was trying to steal my phone is one of the owners, sir I have everything in video , you told us we belong to trashcan not italy and it’s in my video, you messed with the wrong person, we are filling the police report and you will see our husbands this time , get ready!!!! Avoid this bar, there are enough alternatives. Extremely terrible and unfriendly service! Ordered 2 ice creams. Was mentionned “no credit card”. Wanted to pay with bank card or apple pay, but that was not possible, the woman was everything but friendly. Had no cash with me (welcome 2023!), only after i walked away, leaving my 2 ice creams, the woman was yelling to me that i suddenly could pay with my bank card… After having paid and walked away, noticed that i paid for 3 ice creams instead of 2. Went back, asked my money back and first the woman dared to say i ordered 3 ice creams. Finally got money back for non existing 3rd ice cream, but was shocked about the bad...

Been in Italy for almost month and got the worst service and gelato here. Go to any other place but this.

You have replied saying I've left a review about a closed place. Please be rest assured, I am not stupid and have purchased gelatos from you yesterday night. The picture of your closed shop is of today, 17 June, when you were closed and it is only to let people know what your shop looks like and to not visit or use your services come what may. At least until you have better service.
