If you're from the UK, you'll be accustomed to paying a lot for a fancy ice cream. In Italy, ice creams seem to be reasonably priced and mostly delicious. The fruit flavours tend to be sorbets and taste of fresh fruit (like they should). L'Imbarcadero is also very generous with its portion sizes - the only issue is whether you can eat it before it melts!

I'd like to see more fruit flavours in L'Imbarcadero (actually, it just upsets me that they have raspberry and pomegranate sorbet instead of pure raspberry), and sometimes the staff aren't very careful in making sure the scoops are firmly pressed onto the cone, so watch out for that. Rude service. While trying to finish our ice-cream they kicked us off the chairs 20 mins before the official closing time.

Editing a review is not wrong. Your claim is that you have not changed management so I corrected the review where I mentioned that the management had changed. The lack of politeness that we received is still true. You also claimed that your door were still open ...perhaps that is true. But kicking your customers from the chairs outside your shop 20 mins before the official closing time on Google is not polite or necessary. The ice cream was good, but the service was terrible. There were way too many people inside because they were let in without stopping the line. Then the „nice“ guy who served us favored the Italians even though they ordered way later than us. Then I told him and he reacted super rudely, snatched the note out of my hand and slapped the ice cream into my cup that even the corn broke. And half of the portion that everyone else got.
