A Truly Fabulous Italian Dining Experience
I recently had the pleasure of dining at one of the most interesting Italian restaurants I have ever encountered in my extensive travels throughout Italy.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor was tastefully done, with traditional Italian charm. The staff were impeccably attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about providing an exceptional dining experience.
As a lover of Italian cuisine, I was simply blown away by the quality and execution of each dish. The wine selection was exceptional, featuring a variety of both local and international options that perfectly complemented the meal. I particularly enjoyed a robust and full-bodied red wine that paired beautifully with the meat dishes we ordered.
The rabbit was cooked to perfection, tender and succulent, with a depth of flavor that showcased the chef's expertise in working with this delicate meat. The beef dish was equally impressive, cooked to a perfect medium-rare and accompanied by a rich, savory sauce that brought out the natural flavors of the meat.
However, it was the lasagna that truly stole the show. Layers of delicate pasta, rich and creamy béchamel, perfectly seasoned meat, and a harmonious blend of cheese came together to create a symphony of flavors and textures that left me speechless. It was, without a doubt, the best lasagna I have ever tasted.
As someone who has traveled Italy extensively, I cannot emphasize enough how exceptional this dining experience was. The combination of the warm and welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service, and truly outstanding cuisine set this restaurant apart from others. It is an absolute must-visit for anyone who appreciates the finest in Italian cuisine. I eagerly look forward to my next visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend this gem of a restaurant to fellow food...

We were staying in Conegliano for the night and our host recommended this place. We didn’t know what to order so asked for the menu, instead of providing the menu, Giorgio sat down with us and explained it. This sounds great, until you order and eat the food and realize that this is a tactic they use to essentially coerce you into getting specific dishes WITHOUT communicating prices. The way he speaks, you don’t even have a chance to speak up. Knowing what I know now I would have just insisted on a paper menu and ordered from there. We ended up ordering just two truffle pasta, a 1/4 liter of wine, and nothing else yet it came out to 100 EUR. For two plates, the truffle added up to 33 EUR (which was pricey but not the crazy part). The two PLAIN (no meat, no cheese, nothing) pasta sitting under the few shavings of truffle were 50 EUR. I told my host and she apologized saying this price is not possible. Of course we paid, but be careful if you’re going here. Either insist on getting a menu or be persistent about them providing the price.
It’s a shame because the food was good, but I think I could’ve gotten more where I live in NYC which...
Read moreWe had the best time here! Giorgio came and sat at our table to take our order and runs through it all (kindly in English for us). The food is outstanding, and we especially enjoyed the zucchini flower appetizer, rabbit and polenta, and the crema cup (mascarpone, almonds, biscuits). It was unhurried and delightful. My only recommendation is that if you are budget-conscious please look online first to make sure you know what you want and be aware that it is a multi-course restaurant. Also not the place if you want a quick meal. We went for the experience and were delighted. The food was very much made with love and enjoyed our relaxed dinner here. We took our time through appetizers, gazpacho, secondi, dessert, and coffee. For those looking for the experience, please enjoy the special treatment and...
