A Disappointing Beach Bar Experience

I recently visited a bar located on the beach, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disappointment. From the moment I stepped inside, I had high hopes for a refreshing drink to enjoy while basking in the sun. However, my experience quickly went downhill, leaving me with a sour taste in my mouth—both literally and figuratively.

First and foremost, the drinks offered at this establishment were not up to par. I ordered a couple of cocktails, expecting them to be expertly crafted and bursting with flavor. Instead, what I received was a watered-down concoction that lacked any discernible taste. It was evident that the bartenders had no idea what they were doing, as the drinks seemed hastily thrown together without any attention to detail or skill. I couldn't help but feel like I was being taken advantage of, especially considering the exorbitant prices they charged.

Dissatisfied with the subpar drinks, I politely approached the staff to express my concerns. I believed that a calm and respectful conversation could help resolve the issue, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Despite my courteous approach, the bar staff was incredibly unaccommodating and dismissive of my complaint. They outright refused to remake the drinks or offer any kind of solution. It was as if my opinion and satisfaction as a customer meant nothing to them.

Frustrated and feeling cheated, I made the decision to return the drinks without even taking a sip. It was an act of protest, an attempt to voice my discontent with the poor service and overpriced offerings. However, even this act went unnoticed by the bar staff. They seemed completely unfazed by my dissatisfaction, displaying a blatant disregard for customer feedback and satisfaction.

Overall, I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with my experience at this beach bar. The combination of low-quality, overpriced drinks and the unhelpful, unresponsive staff left a lasting negative impression. This was absolutely the worst experience we've had during our wonderful 10 days Sardinian exploring tour. When we arrived here (around 11), 70% of sunbeds were empty but the very rude 'sunbed-receptionist' (yes, you have to stand there waiting in the line) said there are only one left and the price was 50 euros just because those were in the '1st row', next to the sea?! When we tried to sit in their restaurant at the back of the beach, there was a guy welcoming us (but more like a bodyguard, honestly) just telling you in person what they have on the menu, without the possibility to tale a look at it for yourself. Finally, we gave up and decided to sit in their beach bar instead and get some refreshment before we continue our search for another beach in the area. We payed 7 euros for a very bad, cold, sandwich wrapped in a foil, and they didn't even bother to give us some glasses with ice (not to mention lemon!) for our cans of coke. All in all, a 20 euro bill for garbage, honestly. We are fine with high prices cos that's something you expect from a resort with such a stunning coast, but normally, portions are fine and service is acceptable. But this was just all wrong. YOU NEED TO READ THIS ! So my boyfriend and I went to a beautiful day at the beach which we wanted to enjoy until i noticed my period got very messy and I immediately had to go to a bathroom. There was blood running down my legs and I felt very uncomfortable so ran to the first room I saw which was the changing room of this club. I changed quickly until a man(the very aggressive receptionist) shouted at my boyfriend who was outside. As we weren't guests of them he screamed we had to go away immediately not caring the situation I was in. there was no sign that this was a private changing room! I told him it was an emergency and just really took 3 minutes in this room. the man ignored me and kept shouting and immitating the sentences we said. I was so angry and scared i dont understand how a person can be so rude to a girl who has her period and just needs a room to change. He also said that he needs to wash this room now because I made it "dirty" with my blood. Which wasn't true at all!! Very shocking experience. I really don't recommend this place. Very rude...
