Wow let me start by saying Fantastic Beautiful Beach... looking at it you would think that you are in the Caribbean...no wonder there was so many anchored sailing yachts.... We arrived pretty early on a Friday morning 29.07.22at 09.30 which was probably not early enough as most of the best places where taken... However don't worry if you go later there is still enough room for everyone.... Parking charges are 5€ for the day which is acceptable.... I suggest you take your own sandwiches and drinks with you just because it's easier and cheaper.... however there is a beach bar and restaurant.... My kids loved it totally and had loads of fun snorkeling and swimming...There are some yellow and silver fish 🐠 .......I can certainly say visit this beautiful beach 🏖️🏖️🏖️.... I wish everyone a lovely day out with the Family... check out my pics..

Nice beach, its linked to a lot of resorts who have seating on the beach as well. There is 1 bar/shop on the beach. There may be more however only 1 near the access point from the main car park. The car park itself is very large although it was very busy so still hard to find parking. There is a 3 to 10 minute walk (depending upon how close you park to the beach itself) so if your carrying heavy items or children will be wary. A lot of seating available to purchase and scenery with mountains surrounding is very nice. See image of mountain during driver down to beach. Water is clean and there are rocks on either side for climbers/snorklers. Waves have been strong in Summer 2021 so I cannot comment on the water attitude during other times of the year or if this is a one off.

Visited this beach for the first time under an overcast sky with intermittent sun shining through. It actually turned out to be ideal condition (read - not too hot) to explore the long stretch of the beach with its fine/clean sand, azure water & limestone rocks. Beach access is free and there are many areas to spread your towel to lay out to get a tan or you can also pay to get a chair/umbrella. Give yourself an hour or two if you just want to wander around & explore the nooks and crannies. Or you can spend the whole day laying out & enjoying drinks/snacks. There is a small parking lot which is free as well. An immensely enjoyable & satisfying day for me & my friends.

Nice fine sandy beach with shallow waters. Back drop of the mountains is beautiful. Services available. A few establishments offer renting of sunbeds and umbrellas starting from Eur30 approx for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella or you can bring you own. You can also buy food (panini, pizza, salads etc.) at reasonable prices (starting from approx Eur7 for a quite large panino). Parking available in an open area just outside the beach or along the trail road leading up to the beach. Showers and toilets available at Eur1 and Eur0.50c respectively. The drive alone along the sardenian coastline to get there is stunning.

Lovely beach not only in summer. We came here today and were surprised by the peaceful ambient. Admittedly we didn't visit it in summer, when it's time to swim and mingle in the crowd, but in winter, so the beach is deserted with only a few people around. But if your main objective is to experience the peaceful atmosphere this is the best time to do it. The sun shone brightly with a bit cold wind. We arrived in Sardinia a few days ago from cold, rainy and windy London. And here it feels like spring!

Beautiful beach with warm water might get a little chilled current from time to time. Private area is not expensive. Picture 4 is where we stayed and it cost us 32e for the front row and 30e for the second row. They also do food, snacks and drinks here. Drive to this place is quite easy and parking is 5e all day for all the beachs around villasimus. 100% recommended to visit when you are in Sardinia!
