Pizzeria Il Corsaro 88 — Restaurant in Deiva Marina

After having starved at the camp site eating leftovers for days, i thought i was done for. All hope was lost. Feeling like giving up, i decided to take one last stroll along the road. That was when i came across Pizzaria II Corsaro 88.

I had just enough money leftover from begging on the streets of italy, and i decided to have my last meal before i depart into space. I ordered the Spaghetti frutti di mare, sat down and awaited my last meal.

The food came, and the first thing that struck me with awe was the sheer amount of muscles and clams on this dish. Keep in mind, this was an affordable restaurant and i wasnt expecting much. I twirled up my spaghett and got ready for my taste buds to be revived and as soon as the food touched the tip of my tongue, something magical happened.

My eyes opened wide, hairs stood up, knees spread open, all senses came to life. It was like i was reborn again. I have never felt so alive in my life until this moment. This. This is what i was called for.

I began gobbling down the dish faster and faster, and before i knew it, i was done. I ordered another plate. Devoured it. Another one. And another one. I didnt care that i didnt have money to pay, i would get down on my knees for this pasta if i needed to. I ate and ate the whole night until i eventually died of cardiac arrest. Per un disguido ci viene portato un piatto di spaghetti al pesto in più. Io gentilmente respingo e finiamo la cena(di qualità media: pasta salata sugo alle vongole pieno di olio). Al momento del conto mi viene conteggiato il piatto di pasta in piu(8 euro). Chiedo spiegazioni e mi viene risposto che ne avevamo ordinati 2 e non 1 e che loro hanno dovuto buttare via la pasta. "Se ordini l'astice(!) e non lo vuoi mica lo pago io" Al che io ribatto dicendo che può darsi che la cameriera abbia capito male e lei interviene confermando che ne avevamo ordinati 2. A questo punto me ne vado deluso da gente che il cliente non sa nemmeno lontanamente trattarlo, ma lo considera solo una fonte di guadagno. La cameriera non ha ripetuto la comanda. Si è portata via il piatto e se lo sapevo me lo sarei mangiato visto anche la scarsità delle porzioni; Un insalata mista cipolle pomodoro e 2 fettine di peperone, senza mais olive...
