When you hear of Italy you would think of the best food imaginable. This was not the case. Brace yourself if you decide to visit this restaurant. First you might need to say hello to new living forms on the tablecloth (read mould). Those will be placed to bed by a paper cover placed by the staff. When those are hidden you will be given a tiny QR code printout to scan for the menu. The menu is huge but don't get your hopes up. What a great place!! We found it by accident - it is a bit off the beaten path. First off, the food can't be beat. Amazing, authentic Italian cuisine. And then, the service. As I have said in other reviews, my Italian language skills are sadly lacking. The staff was patient, accommodating, and kind. An added bonus is that a number of the staff speak pretty good English. Purtroppo il posto è cambiato in peggio. Arrivati e accomodati il personale ci ha portato il menù a la carte, ma eravamo interessati al menù lavoro visto che ci piaceva quello che stava mangiando il nostro vicino di tavolo. Premetto che siamo locali e clienti fissi sin dalla precedente gestione del Fiorenzo e della moglie. La cameriera ritorna evidentemente in forte imbarazzo e dicendoci che per noi non era possibile usufruire del menù lavoro perché non operai! Preciso che all'interno del locale stava pranzando un nostro conoscente, non operaio, con menù lavoro. A questo punto ci siamo alzati e andati via. Non torneremo mai più e come guida invito a evitare questo locale perché non c'è rispetto per il cliente. Tra l'altro abbiamo evitato di fare intervenire le forze dell'ordine perché in assenza di una specifica convenzione con un ente, non può decidere il gestore quale menù devi scegliere in presenza di entrambi. Peccato ci andavamo da anni , sia a pranzo che a cena e ovviamente non abbiamo mai fatto problemi di prezzo,ma non è più lo stesso, mai più!
