My family of four recently dined at this wonderful family-run restaurant, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. From the moment we walked in, it was evident that we were in for a treat.

We started our meal with a delightful plate of nachos that were loaded with flavor, followed by a mouthwatering chicken burrito, a tantalizing taco chili, and a scrumptious chili burrito. Every dish was a masterpiece in its own right, and the prices were incredibly reasonable for the quality and quantity of food we received.

What truly set this restaurant apart, though, was the exceptional service we received from Samuel. He was not only attentive but also took the time to explain each dish to us, making sure we understood the flavors and ingredients. Samuel's warm and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home.

However, what truly left us in awe was Samuel's generosity. When we couldn't find a taxi to take us back to our hotel, he went above and beyond by offering to drive us himself. His act of kindness truly exemplified the spirit of a gentleman.

Had a very nice late dinner here last night. The place was packed and they managed to get my friend and I a table quickly without a reservation. The fajita mix and chicken burrito were both very good. Regarding the negative reviews: I’ve had authentic Mexican and Tex-Mex food in the past and I can tell you the tortillas in this restaurant are fine and so are the other ingredients. Is this the most authentic Mexican restaurant in the world in terms of spices and other subtle nuances? No, it’s not, but for a Mexican restaurant in Italy it’s definitely very good, probably as good as it can get. Is it more expensive than one would expect? Yes, a bit, but that’s understandable given that it’s located in a tourist area. They also have a very extensive selection of drinks and some are quite pricey, like top quality tequila, but certainly not more expensive than anywhere else. Excellent experience. One of very few good Mexican restaurant options in the area. They have a large, extensive menu with a lot of vegetarian and vegan options, if that's your thing. We had reservations, greeted and seated immediately. The staff was all prompt, courteous, friendly, helpful and fun. The food came out pretty quick, hot fresh and delicious. The place is tucked back a little into a side street, away from most traffic, excellent job on making it feel like you were in a different atmosphere. As one of our party put it, "it really feels like you are on holiday." The Pollo Locco was awesome, we also have beef and vegitarian fajitas, bean burrito, melted cheese nachos and vegan triangles.
