Great location and amazing food!

Parking just across the street with a 2 minute walk to the water. I took my family and when we got there it was full (we assumed the food would be good..) we were going to get the food take away but the guy there graciously asked some others who had finished to free a table up for us.

The food was very reasonably priced and took less than 5 minutes to arrive which was great having two small hungry children.. the first one I tried was the Natascia. Amazing! Boar prosciutto with truffle soooo good. So good infact that I went straight back in and ordered another one, the Calabro.

The most perfect spicy kick paired with sundried tomatoes which left a golden/red tinge of oil on the toasted bread which was to die for.

I ordered the Calabro to go as we wanted to walk to the water. The packaging to hold it in was perfect, no drips, no food dropping on the floor, just a simple paper wrapping which held it all together and made it easy to walk and eat.

Highly recommend this place whether you are looking for a place to stop and eat or just passing through.

We visited this place last week. Very good sandwiches. The man behind the counter wasn't very nice, but just okay.

Today we decided to get a another sandwich, because they are very good. The shop should have opened 10 minutes ago. I saw the man (the owner?) making preparations on the terrace. I said hello and asked him if the shop was already open. I got a very short and grumpy "No" as an answer. He immediately turned his back on us and shut the door in front of us. We had no chance of saying anything else. Because of this we decided to eat elsewhere.

Maybe he appears not friendly because his English isn't very good? But that shouldn't be an excuse. I have met Italians who were very friendly even though they couldn't speak a...

Traveled from liverpool England to garda and we had a 2 hour walk from the train station to our hotel and stopped to eat here, this was a year ago and me and my partner have not stopped thinking about how lovely the sandwiches are!! we have genuinely considered coming back just to have some of the food again!...
