The food is the only enjoyable thing about this place. And it wasn’t even that good. Quite small portions and the bread seemed like it had been sitting out for a week. Dry and hard. That being said, the service was by far the worst. The young waitress was the only part Of the staff that treated us properly. After asking if the bill could possible be split between us The elderly woman that owned the place hurled Italian swear words at us. After this she aggressively wrote down some poor math on a napkin to show us what we had to pay. Instead of printing a receipt. via this napkin math she charged us 10 euros more than what we actually spend on the food. When we asked further questions about splitting the bill with help from the waitress (since the owner didn’t speak any English), the owner began to yell Italian swear words at us, and demanded our credit cards so that she could complete the transaction. After this rather uncomfortable interaction we left in a hurry with a bill that was too expensive, and a bad experience. Would not recommend if you are a tourist. We decided to go to a restaurant with my wife, who is 5 months pregnant, and our 3-year-old son. it took us 35 minutes to get there. when we arrived and sat down at the table the waiter put up a sign on door after 5 minutes. he came up to us and said something in Italian. I asked for the menu, from the answer I concluded that the restaurant was already booked, despite the many free tables... I politely asked for a glass of water for my wife, stating that I would of course pay for it, the waiter whispered and waved me away from the bar, I also asked the older lady who came out of the kitchen and I humbly explained the situation to her... she looked at me and, answering in Italian, I understood that she didn't care and I should have called before coming... what kind of person do you have to be to refuse a glass of water to a pregnant woman, ask yourself such a question before you decide to visit this shed. Even one star is too much, but you can't...

Absolute gem of a place to eat. We were staying nearby and looking up Trattoria's within walking distance and up pops here. So we went for a wonder and now we are going back for our final meal of the holiday today.

Very caring and friendly service with a proud and enthusiastic chef! The food was absolutely incredible, we thought it a little pricier than we expected but once we ate it, we knew it was worth every penny.

We indulged in all three courses with wine and coffee too and it was an unforgettable experience.

In good weather you're encouraged to sit outside and it was a really good atmosphere.
