Yo Pizza — Restaurant in Desenzano del Garda

We ordered pizza, Aperol Spritz and a drink and went to sit at a table. It took a long time for us to receive our order. We went to ask where our order was. We were given uncut pizza in a box. At the table we noticed that others had plates and cutlery, but not us. I went to ask where my Aperol Spritz was. The nervous waitress replied: “Wait, wait!!!” Our children were really hungry, so we asked waitrees to give us plates and cut the pizza. The owner of the restaurant, a man, started shouting at us in the presence of children. Call us names!!! He said that all over the world if you order pizza at the cashier, it’s takeaway. Didn't the Aperol spritz confuse him when we placed our order? He screamed so much that we thought he would hit us. He waved his arms and shouted. Our children were very scared and started crying. Been there in January 2020, but previously we had ordered pizza (they offer pizza delivery) a lot of times. Good pizza made with wood oven: good ingredients and well prepared. Pizza buona. Essendo abituali consumatori della pizzeria, purtroppo mi trovo a scrivere una recensione negativa per l'assente rapporto umano tra pizzeria e cliente che credevo si fosse instaurato: avendo un buono datomi dagli stessi per una pizza+bibita (prima occasione di cui ne dispongo), nonostante fossero state ordinate altre pizze (per la seconda volta nella stessa settimana!) ci è stata dapprima negata la possibilità della bibita e di utilizzare il buono e in secondo luogo trattati come "poco di buono" alla richiesta di una semplice spiegazione. Se un buono pizza è in grado di creare tanto scompiglio, mio consiglio personale, non distribuitelo. Al momento avete perso una compagnia di 10 clienti fidati.
