We had a truly wonderful dining experience at this small, family-run restaurant in Eboli. From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel like honored guests—offering thoughtful recommendations for their house specialties, from delicious antipasti and primi piatti to an excellent sparkling white wine and an exquisite cream-filled babà from a local pasticceria for dessert. His wife, the chef, prepared every dish with care and authenticity, and each plate was outstanding.

What made the evening even more special was the genuine warmth of the whole family. Their young children were polite, engaging, and already helping out with pride—a beautiful reflection of the restaurant’s family spirit.

Abbiamo festeggiato un compleanno e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il ristorante situato al centro di Eboli presenta una piccola terrazza che si affaccia sulla piazza della Repubblica di Eboli. Internamente è molto caratteristico, ottima accoglienza e lo staff molto gentile e professionale sono rimasta sorpresa davvero dalla gentilezza, la musica sottofondo era perfetta non tutti scelgono le musiche adatte e spesso danno fastidio mentre nel Panigaccio la musica era perfetta rilassante, piacevole e il volume adatto. Le luci davano un tocco di eleganza, devo dire il locale è molto curato sia dallo staff che dall'arredamento. Passando alla gastronomia, abbiamo ordinato degli antipasti molto diversi dagli tipici antipasti era assortito piccoli assaggi di,parmigiana, polenta ed molto altro , dopo abbiamo ordinato il Panigaccio alla caprese, è piaciuto molto alla famiglia, io ero già piena quindi mangiandolo non l'ho davvero gustato. Piatto finale la carne molto buona. Ho trovato i prezzi un po' alti ma rispecchia la qualità del cibo, l'eleganza del locale e la super gentilezza dello staff. Sicuramente ci ritornerò.

We celebrated there a birthday and we enjoyed it very much. The restaurant located in the center of Eboli has a small terrace overlooking the Piazza della Repubblica in Eboli. Internally it is very characteristic, excellent welcome and the very kind and professional staff I was really surprised by the kindness, the background music was perfect not everyone chooses the right music and often annoys you, while in the Panigaccio the music was perfect relaxing, pleasant and the right volume . The lights gave a touch of elegance, I must say the place is well cared for by both the staff and the furnishings. Moving on to gastronomy, we ordered appetizers very different from the typical appetizers was assorted small samples of, parmigiana, polenta and much more, after we ordered the Panigaccio alla caprese, the family really liked it, I was already full so I didn't really tasted. We love this place! We have been twice already and think it’s a true gem. The food is great of course. We got the ravioli and loved it. The tenderloin we got was a bit chewy but had great flavor. The bread the bring out is probably the best bread in Italy we’ve had or maybe ever had! To top it off for dessert we had the sbriciolata and oh my is it good! We spoke with the lady at the counter and she even took the time to explain how she made the sbriciolata. The ambience is intimate and quiet. Perfect...
