🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A Hidden Gem in the Heart of the Dolomites!
We stumbled upon Dreimädelhaus by pure chance—and what a lucky find it turned out to be! The outdoor seating area offers a breathtaking view of the Dolomites; it’s the kind of scenery that makes you want to slow down, breathe deeply, and just soak it all in.
We went fully vegetarian and were not disappointed. The sweet corn pizza was a surprising delight—light, fresh, and packed with flavor. But the star of the meal had to be the chef’s special noodles, served in a creamy white sauce with hand-picked local mushrooms. It was earthy, rich, and comforting—like the mountains themselves found a way to be part of the recipe.
To finish, we shared a tiramisu and a crème brûlée. Both desserts were flawless—decadent without being too heavy, and clearly made with care.
Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, and the entire experience had that perfect blend of cozy and special. Highly recommend this place to anyone exploring the Dolomites—just don’t forget to look up from your plate and take...
Read moreLovely pizzeria with a fantastique view from the terrace. Very friendly local staff which make you feel absolutely welcome. We have visited on a quiet Monday at 5pm (opens 4.30pm, kitchen at 5pm) in late March, but even then half of the 10-12 tables had been reserved. Dreimäderlhaus is famed for the great variety of pizza and you can truly choose from two dozen topping variations. We went for Raw Ham and Fireworks (spicy salami) and children had Margherita and Salami. We were not disappointed and can only recommend the thin dough that had been thoroughly baked. House-wine was ok, however, I would try another grape next time. Very good espresso, though. We paid 57€ in total, which is not too expensive, yet pizzas start at 11€, do not get fooled by one of the pics here suggesting otherwise, Covid and the rising energy prices have had an...
Read moreHands down the best restaurant we visited during our 5-day trip in the Dolomites! We loved Dreimädelhaus so much that we went back twice and both times were outstanding.
We tried the tomato pasta, Margherita pizza, beef and the hot chocolate tart with vanilla ice cream. Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The dessert in particular was a standout, rich, warm, and perfectly paired with the ice cream.
The outdoor seating offers spectacular views of the mountains, the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable meal. The atmosphere is relaxed and the service was warm and welcoming.
Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area. A true gem in...
