Great place and great setting When we booked, we didn’t realize that the restaurant was located within this amazing 5 stars hotel Food wise, everything was almost perfect, homy and tasty, except for the tuna which was a bit over cooked ( but Italian seem to be struggling with their way of cooking fish), the cuisine is focusing on classical Puglian dishes. The most beautiful property I have seen today and even walking to the restaurant felt like you’re walking old cities of Italy on their property that was completely private. As everything in Borgo Egnazia this restaurant is obviously of good level, but we ended up deciding it wasn't our favourite choice.
