Dec 2024: We had a very enjoyable evening in your beautiful restaurant. It started with the warm welcome and recognition from our pleasant telephone conversation from when making the reservation, the escorting upstairs to our table, the patient, kind, knowledgeable and friendly explanation of the menu, the attention to detail such as dietary requests, the attention to the decor, lighting, music and the lighting of the fireplace for extra ambiance as soon as we arrived (the room was pleasantly warm without it being lit), the speedy service - unfortunately we had only just over an hour to enjoy our dinner due to other engagements, the beautifully and freshly prepared, presented and delicious dishes with very high quality ingredients, throughout provided with very attentive and discreet service, at the end - the correct bill and the warm farewell with the kind hope expressed by the owner that we enjoyed our evening and would be back. Vegan heaven in Puglia. The restaurant is totally vegan and run by a passionate chef who also has a small sanctuary for rescued animals. You can see the names and pictures of all the animals on a board when entering the restaurant. It's very nicely decorated and has a cute little seating area outside.

We made a reservation through Google / The Fork and everything worked out great. The menu is great, so great that we couldn't actually decide on what to get so the chef offered to bring us a mixture of several traditional dishes. We were absolutely impressed by how delicious everything was, even traditional things that usually contain cheese like cacio e pepe or melanzani a parmigiana were hard to tell from the "original" with animal products. Super cute local cosy and friendly place. I really recommend the eggplant as a starter, its the closest dish i ve ever tried that smells like mozzarella affumicata. The caciopepe and spaghetti alla marinara Im told were best sellers and they re good. I tried a couple other pasta dishes but personally wasn't blown away. Service is great and super friendly. I only took 1 star off cause some dishes can be improved (ie panna cotta and others). I'll definitely come back to support as there arent many full vegan restaurants in the...
