Ponte Rosso — Restaurant in Figline e Incisa Valdarno

We returned to the Ponte Rosso on two occassions during our week long stay in Figline this year (having eaten here multiple times last Summer). Our experience on both nights was excellent. This is a neighbourhood restaraunt so do not go here expecting fine dining ... however the food is excellent. In our family group we eat various pasta, rissotto, steak and pizza dishes during our two visits and everything was excellent. Service is very good even thought on both occassions the restaraunt was more or less full! The waiting staff have good English but it is very eay to communicate and they are very efficient!!. Overall, if you are eating in a family group and want something that adults and kids will enjoy then the Ponte Rosso is the place to go in Figline. You probably should reserve a table (very eay to do using email and Google Translate) as this appears to be a very popular place...

An absolute hidden Gem. A real local, Italian, family like restaurant with the atmosphere and Italian love everyone loves.

Food is also delicious and fairly priced. A Pasta allo scoglio for 12€ is a rare price this days.

Worth booking your tables on weekends or you may end up waiting outside.

We have been coming here for over 10 years as a family from England. You can never fault the staff, the culture, the atmosphere, the food and the value for money. The pizzas are really solid, thin and good. We had to eat indoors as opposed to outside due to the rain, but we are on a two week holiday and will definitely be back....
