La Piadineria — Restaurant in Florence

Not a nice place to eat. I understand this is sort of like fast food and is located in a mall, but the quality of the ingredients is really low. Like non-Italian low.

For example the friarelli were brownish, definitely not fresh and really bad quality. Probably stale.

Most of the other ingredients seemed from jars, not fresh at all.

Overall the taste was bad and the location is also quite sad.

Ho fissato di andare a pranzo qui con una collega invece che a mensa, dove avremmo speso decisamente meno. Ad ogni modo volevo provare il nuovo locale culinario, debbo dire che la piadina scelta, appartenente alla famiglia delle vegetariane, non era male, ma il prezzo a mia avviso non sostiene la qualità del prodotto. In generale mi sembra che i prezzi siano alti per il target di pubblico che tale locale potrà avere, oltre al fatto che la concorrenza nei paraggi è competitiva. Quindi, a mio avviso se vogliono reggere, devono diminuire i prezzi almeno del 20% in modo tale da avere un pubblico maggiore fra studenti e dipendenti, peraltro sono quelli che probabilmente potrebbero divenire clienti affezionati.
