Le Voyage — Restaurant in Florence

I went into this place two days ago at night because my restaurant recommendation on the opposite side was closed and le voyage was busy with local people at 10 pm. I did not want to get the lampredotto in the town center so this was my chance. Service was very nice and very patient with my bad Italian. Prices are clearly indicated and I got a lampredotto sandwich and a very big cup of nice white wine for 8,50 Euro. Was nice to hang out in the outdoor seating of his busy place for have and hour. Il miglior chiosco di Firenze per quanto riguarda porchetta e panini. PULIZIA: pur essendo un chiosco all'aperto, sia nella zona delle preparazioni che in quella dei clienti, dove stanno i tavoli, non c'era un bruscolo. Piastre pulite, porchetta tenuta sotto campana completamente sigillata, alimenti protetti, ordine e pulizia fin dove sono riuscito a vedere (praticamente tutto lo scarrabile dove lavorano). PRODOTTI: Ho mangiato un panino con la porchetta e un hamburger. Porchetta freschissima. Hanno un bustino davvero gustoso. Me l'hanno servita con un panino buonissimo abbondantemente farcito. Hamburger fatto con carne fresca (l'ho visto prima che lo cuocessero). Ci puoi mettere di tutto e di più ma tutta roba preparata da loro. Il panino in cui me l'hanno messo era tostato alla perfezione. Ho visto anche che le cotolette le fanno con carne impanata e fritta da loro. Infine ho potuto vedere anche le patatine che ha presso un altro cliente: asciutte e soprattutto belle chiare, segno che in questo posto usano per friggere olio pulito. Le signore a servire sono gentili e simpatiche e, si vede proprio, sanno fare il loro mestiere. If you are tired of pizza, etc come to this place for great and cheap sandwiches, I had a pork sandwich in the morning went back for a hamburger in the evening.. the people making / serving the food so far have been the most friendly Italians i have met....
