Very bad gelato. It wasn’t even real gelato… Strange service.

We have visited the place 2 times: 1st visit was nice, the food was good, and the service was smooth. We ordered different pastas, cocktails, etc, and were satisfied.

2nd time we went: we couldn’t take a normal table since they were all reserved which is fine but then we didn’t get any snacks for the cocktails, and the ones we ordered came after we finished the drinks (very strange).

The waiter was kind of rude and stressed for no reason, and he tried to convince me that he did everything correctly (brought the plate with fried stuff after the cocktails instead of bringing it along with it or before).

Anyway, I can suggest this place for view only. I don’t recommend it for gelato or drinks since the staff members discriminate based on their own judgement (they bring snacks with cocktails for some and don’t for the others). Pasta was OK even though I would prefer the...

Had some nice drinks but when it came to pay the bill… paying by card was a problem for the waitress although they had a fully working card machine and it wasn’t just a case of only 1 or 2 drinks. Came back a few evenings later well before closing time. About 22:00 they say they are open until to 00:00 and it was a Friday night, we were told it was closed. eravamo in gruppo, circa 7 persone, alle ore 20.45 abbiamo chiesto se c’era la disponibilità per poter mangiare qualcosa, il personale che si trova all’ingresso ci ha comunicato che non c’era posto, in quanto tutto occupato, ma ci hanno detto che potevamo scendere sulla pedana e nel caso poter mangiare panini o comunque cose “ veloci” da cucinare. abbiamo accettato e ci siamo seduti, dopodiché abbiamo ordinato i panini in quanto avevano detto che potevamo ordinare solo quelli, una volta ordinati arrivano le bevande e contemporaneamente ci hanno comunicato che non era più possibile preparare l’ordine poiché la sala sopra si era riempita ( non era così). abbiamo bevuto quello che avevamo ordinato chiedendo se almeno ci fosse qualcosa da preparare come sfizioseria e ci hanno portato delle patatine oggettivamente scadenti. il responsabile della pedana però è stato il più educato e gentile scusandosi dell’accaduto. nel momento in cui abbiamo pagato è stato fatto lo sconto solo su delle birre che non corrispondevano a ciò che era stato effettivamente ordinato. una volta saliti la “ responsabile” della sala superiore ha citato testuali parole “ siete degli arroganti” solo perché le abbiamo comunicato che ciò che ci era stato in precedenza comunicato non era stato veritiero, quando era stata personalmente lei a farlo. tale “ responsabile” della sala superiore è stata scontrosa e arrogante non chiedendo nemmeno scusa o quantomeno avere un comportamento rispettoso nei nostri confronti, forse solo perché eravamo in tenuta da mare di...
