Dalla Paella alla Brace — Restaurant in Gaeta

During my stay in Gaeta I visited many restaurants and I’m not a person who writes reviews usually (I was only reading them, just like you :)) but Dalla Paella alla Brace changed that;)

The food was simply amazing. Beginning with the starters and alway through till the super delicious Lemon White Chocolate dessert. I had the pasta fruiti de mare, the entrecote steak and grilled vegetables as the side dish and all of it was simply great.

In terms of service: the waiter was very kind and at the end of the meal the cook came out and explained us the different desert options - all in all I have to say: it was the best restaurant experience in gaeta.

We had a one day stop in Gaeta. Our lovely host recommended us this place so we did our homework and looked up if this place requires reservations. We searched and double checked. There’s usually a “reserve a table” button for places that require reservations and since there wasn’t, we decided to take an evening stroll to get here. We arrived 15 mins after their scheduled open time of 7:45pm on a Monday. We were told we needed a reservation. There was not a single table taken at the time aside from the servers sitting down but I understood they may be getting busy soon so I asked if it would be possible to eat there if we would not take a table for long because we wanted to be in and out as soon as possible. Hoping they would understand and accommodate an easy request, we were told no. We left sorely disappointed in the lack of hospitality that we have received everywhere else in Italy.

Abbiamo fatto una sosta di un giorno a Gaeta. Il nostro adorabile ospite ci ha consigliato questo posto, quindi abbiamo fatto i compiti e cercato se questo posto richiedesse la prenotazione. Abbiamo cercato e verificato due volte. Di solito c'è un pulsante "prenota un tavolo" per i posti che richiedono la prenotazione e poiché non c'era, abbiamo deciso di fare una passeggiata serale per arrivarci. Siamo arrivati ​​15 minuti dopo l'orario di apertura previsto delle 19:45 di lunedì. Ci è stato detto che avevamo bisogno di una prenotazione. Non c'era un solo tavolo occupato in quel momento a parte i camerieri seduti, ma ho capito che presto avrebbero potuto essere occupati, quindi ho chiesto se fosse possibile mangiare lì se non avessimo preso un tavolo per molto tempo perché volevamo entrare e uscire il prima possibile. Sperando che capissero e soddisfacessero una semplice richiesta, ci è stato detto di no. Siamo andati via profondamente delusi dalla mancanza di ospitalità che abbiamo ricevuto...

Recensione del Ristorante "Paella alla Brace": un'esperienza culinaria paradisiaca!

Sono stato al Ristorante "Paella alla Brace" e posso dire che è stato uno dei migliori pasti della mia vita! Il locale si trova in una posizione incredibile, proprio di fronte al mare, con una vista mozzafiato che accompagna il pasto.

Il cibo è stato semplicemente divino! La paella, come suggerisce il nome del ristorante, è stata preparata alla perfezione, con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità. Il sapore era intenso e autentico, proprio come se fossimo in Spagna.

Ma non solo la paella è stata eccezionale, tutto il menu è stato preparato con cura e attenzione ai dettagli. I prezzi sono stati molto accessibili, considerando la qualità e la quantità del cibo. È chiaro che il ristorante si impegna a offrire un'esperienza culinaria di alta qualità a prezzi ragionevoli.

Il servizio è stato cordiale e professionale, con personale che si è dimostrato molto attento alle esigenze dei clienti.

In sintesi, il Ristorante "Paella alla Brace" è un must-visit per chiunque ami il buon cibo e la vista sul mare. Non posso che consigliare di provare questo locale per un'esperienza culinaria unica e memorabile.
