Highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, especially if you’re looking for a good, authentic local Italian place for dinner!
The dishes were just perfect and so delicious that I still remember their taste and literally dream about eating them again🤤
Even though only one girl from the staff spoke English, communication with the others was no problem at all. Everyone was really nice and friendly, which made us feel super comfortable and enjoy our best time here!
Speaking of food – as I mentioned, it was simply delicious, and I can’t wait to try more next time. On our first dinner, we had: insalata di mare (seafood salad) and piadina (more focaccia/pizza dough style) as starters (both really filling),
orecchiette con scamorza affumicata, melanzane e pomodorini (pasta orecchiette with tomato paste, vegetables, and burrata), la pistacchiosa pizza (pizza with mortadella, pistachio cream, and burrata) as main course, Chardonnay, local beer and amaro to drink.
On our second dinner, we had: insalata di mare again (because I literally felt in love with the amazing sauce and how good the seafood was cooked), polpette di polpo (fried octopus balls – and that was the only thing we weren’t super excited about, still tasty though), frutti di mare pizza (seafood pizza).
Everything was just perfect – and the authentic atmosphere of a local Italian restaurant we were dreaming of was the cherry on top of our experience at this wonderful place.
Can’t wait to come back!...
Read moreThis restaurant does a variety of food to please the whole family: Pizza, seafood dishes, meat and pasta. The food was delicious. The waitress was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed a great dinner here. The only downside was it was a bit chilly at times when people entered and exited the restaurant but it was freezing cold the night we went, unusual for this area. In contrasto, at Christmas Dinner, the place was lovely and warm. The waitresses were kind, friendly and welcoming as usual. We only felt a little unwelcome when paying as the person at the door seemed a bit frosty. However, overall, we were happy with the restaurant, the food and the waiteresses/waiters. I...
Read moreAfter the crowded Gallipoli and Porto Cesareo, this peaceful place with its cool garden helped us to remember that we were on holiday in Puglia. And what's more, they cook deliciously - Risotto Fume champagne e gambereti is one of the best we've had, but I can definitely say about the La Pistacchiosa pizza that it's the best I've tried in recent years. And if we add that I parked the car just in front of the restaurant without walking around for half an hour looking for a free space, then the experience is...
