Horrible service and concept. They brought us the wrong food (and did not even apologize for it - they can’t take any critic and response very rudely). All our sushi plates came at irregular intervals without justification or meaning. We had to order ginger and wasabi extra - was not in their mind to bring any! Then, some cucumber came along with the Salmon Sashimi - but we were wrong: it was raw zucchini, disgusting. Ci sono ritornata quest’anno ma non ritornerò per cenare, posto merita tantissimo ma non vi consiglio di cenare lì! Innanzitutto bicchieri sporchi di rossetto, evidentemente non erano lavati tralasciando questo abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti per ordinare , portate lente strano non essendoci molta gente! Prima che arrivassero le ultime due portate abbiamo chiesto Di aggiungere un ultimo special ma ci è stato detto che era finito il pesce, quando a noi dovevano ancora arrivare le ultime due combo di 30 pezzi, aspettiamo e dopo altri 15 min arriva il primo combo chiedendo al cameriere se era solo questo o ci arrivava L altro di altri 30 pezzi dato che ci è stato detto che era finito tutto, ma il cameriere non sapeva nulla ! Aspettiamo il secondo combo che non arrivava mai, ma dopo 30 min nonostante le varie chiamate dei camerieri che non arrivavano, chiediamo direttamente in cassa L ultima portata ma ci viene detto che era finito tutto non arrivava piùnulla ! Ma pire expérience dans un restaurant - Nous sommes en vacances avec 2 copines et nous décidâmes d’aller manger des sushis dans ce restaurant où le cadre est idyllique. En arrivant, la serveuse qui nous accueille, nous place loin des autres clients, à l’entrée du passage. Nous lui demandons alors s’il n’y aurait pas une autre place pour nous car c’était beaucoup plus joli, ce à quoi elle nous repose « non. » ni plus ni moins et sans un sourire et sans explication. Pourtant, il restait bien une place et celle-ci n’a pas été utilisée jusqu’à notre départ. Nous avions l’impression de gêner et nous voyions la serveuse chuchoter à son collègue tout en nous regardant et en grimaçant. Lorsque nous lui avons demandé un apéritif, elle nous a répondu « non, solo sushi ». Elle n’avait pas l’air de vouloir nous servir. Cela a duré jusqu’à la fin de notre repas.
