Disappointing Experience at La Situazione

I recently visited La Situazione in Garbagnate Milanese and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food and service.

Firstly, I ordered the traditional Italian dish, Fiorentina, which was overcooked and tasted terrible. It was far from the authentic Fiorentina experience I was expecting. Additionally, the Fiorentina gave me stomach pain, which ruined the rest of my evening.

To make matters worse, the starter, which was focaccia, was burned. This was not the welcoming start to the meal I had hoped for.

Overall, my experience at La Situazione was very disappointing. The food was not up to standard, and I left feeling dissatisfied and unwell. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic Italian dining...

We chose this restaurant based on Google recommendations and ratings. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to experience your service. I made a reservation for four people one hour before arriving, which was 30 minutes after your opening time. When we arrived, the staff at the still-empty restaurant seemed very surprised to see us and even more surprised that we had a reservation. They apologized and told us there were no available tables and they couldn’t help us.

We specifically looked for a highly rated restaurant in the suburbs, one popular with locals, during our trip from Switzerland to Milan. But unfortunately, we had to continue our journey hungry.

Wegen der guten Bewertungen und der Fotos haben wir uns für einen Besuch des Restaurants entschieden. Es liegt etwas in einer Seitenstraße, aber direkt neben einem großen öffentlichen Parkplatz. Der Empfang war super herzlich und professionell. Wir waren von der Karte überwältigt und wussten nicht was wir nehmen sollten. Neben der ständigen Karte gab es noch eine "Tages Angebotskarte". Ich habe mich für polipo con patate als Antipasti entschieden. Das war SO LECKER!!! Außerdem gab es super leckere Pizza und mein Mann hat sich nach zwei Wochen ohne für einen Burger mit Friten entschieden, der nach seinen Worten den Verzicht auf Pasta oder Pizza mit jedem Bissen wert war. Das Restaurant war innerhalb kürzester Zeit ist auf den letzten Platz mit einheimischen Gästen besetzt und die Atmosphäre hätte nicht besser sein können.
