KFC — Restaurant in Genoa

Very dirty and inorganized.. yesterday we had lunch there because we came back from other city.. but most of tables were left dirty, even by looking at the chairs you will realize how dirty is there. the toilet was teribble.. I preffered to not use it and even not wash my hands there, but just used my hygiene gel.. the atmosphere doesn't seems very nice and not recommend for family.. it is not my first time there, it has always been like this, but definitely would be the last time... low number of staff and not organized at all. It's a shame for KFC brand.. better to close it rather than lower...

They should be open till 22.00. We were there at 21.15 and placed our order. The chairs and tables were already cleaned and put upon the tables. At 21.45 they said that our order had been cancelled, because they had everything cleaned and couldn't make it anymore. I said but you should be open till 22.00 and we waited for almost halve an hour. They didn't really care, but said I could have my money back.

Also they were sending like 20 people away with the same story in the meantime while I was waiting. How rude and bad for the general income.... Bye KFC Genove,...

I recently tried the chicken nuggets at KFC, and while I was impressed by their taste, I was a bit let down by their size. The nuggets were smaller than I expected, making them feel a bit less satisfying in terms of portion size.
