I came here with some friends and was pleasantly surprised! Exceptional handcrafted gourmet hamburgers, custom made with the finest ingredients (Angus beef, horse meat, & vegan) to capture all eyes and satisfy the most elite of tastes.

The staff was all friendly and helpful. The menu had some really unique burger choices along with the standard burgers you would expect.

This may have been the best burger I've ever had. Burgers are a great size, and both burgers and fries are shareable as well. Overall, these are very good tasting burgers, you certainly won’t be disappointed. So juicy and flavourful!

So sorry to give this review but had to be done. The place has benefited from lots of good marketing, however the effort on marketing should have been made to make good burgers.

We ordered 4 burgers and left everything after two bites. Big size but not good taste. Sadly only can smell the trash from the next door neighbour also so not the best place to sit. I thought very hard about leaving this review as the owners are really nice but at 13euro a burger one expects really good, if not then atleast edible. Mangio spesso in hamburgherie in giro per l'Italia, quindi credo di poter fare un buon confronto con le altre. Devo dire che le mie aspettative e la esperienza purtroppo non sono state stata molto positive. Mi dispiace dirlo, ma l'unica cosa da apprezzare è la disponibilità e gentilezza del personale. Solitamente la differenza nella hamburgherie lo fa la carne, che qui purtroppo è difficile assaporare perché la grandezza del panino sovrasta di molto le dimensioni dell'hamburger, con un esagerato uso del formaggio che crea così dei sapori sbilanciati. Forse motivo per cui, molti non finiscono di mangiare il panino lasciandolo nel piatto, tutto ciò crea uno spreco di cibo sproporzionato. La scelta delle salse si riduce a ketchup e maionese. Le tempistiche per la preparazione sono infinite. Per non bastare ho dovuto pagare un conto salato, dovendo lasciare i mio numero di telefono, cosa che ho trovato poco gradita e poco rispettosa della privacy. Se cercate una panineria e non una hamburgheria siete nel posto giusto.

Risposta per il proprietario: intanto grazie per avermi risposto. Mi dispiace ma essendo fuori dalla Sicilia diventa difficile tornare, spesso è la prima esperienza quella che conta. Visto che mi avete chiesto un feedback vi suggerisco di portare le salse al tavolo come fanno molte hamburgherie, così da non dover chiederle. Per quanto riguarda le salse vi suggerisco di portarle al tavolo come fanno molti locali. Per quanto riguarda i tempi di cottura vi suggerisco di usare carne ed ingredienti che si cuociono più in fretta, attendere più di un'ora diventa diventa pensante per qualsiasi cliente.
