Lo Schiribizzo — Restaurant in Giovinazzo

I was in Giovinazzo for one night with my boyfriend and our two friends, and while exploring the town, we stumbled upon this adorable restaurant right by the water. We decided to sit out on the patio since it was such a beautiful evening, and it ended up being the perfect choice.

We started with the calamari — absolutely delicious — and followed it up with seafood pasta that was just as amazing. But the real star of the night for me was the cacio e pepe. It was the one dish I’d been craving throughout our Italian adventure, and Lo Schiribizzo delivered the best one I’ve ever had. Perfectly creamy, perfectly peppery, and paired with a crisp white wine — truly unforgettable.

The service was great too. Even though the restaurant was busy, the staff made sure we were well taken care of the entire evening.

I still dream about that pasta (and this place!). The atmosphere, the food, the location — everything was just perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m...

All our dishes were quite delicious and importantly-hot to table. The pizza had a very thin base which we always like....toppings not the base to fill you.

The Nero di Troia was cheap as chips and-once warmed up-very drinkable.

Il sabato sera non è previsto i secondi né frittura : patatine fritte né frittura di pesce ecc. Sarebbe corretto scriverlo . Servizio celere e attento . Ambiente non molto grande ovviamente il sabato sera si crea un forte vociferare e confusione con bimbi chiassosi . Pizze molto sottili un consiglio: il pistacchio sarebbe opportuno metterlo dopo la cottura poiché prima si brucia e diventa amarognolo, mentre la mortadella metterla in cottura sprigiona un ottimo profumo e aromi. Ho apprezzato che mi hanno sostituito la pizza arrivata moltoooo cotta nonostante aver precisato di averla poco cotta non gradendo effetto biscotto e bruciato . Ho gradito la sostituzione senza averlo chiesto poiché era evidente che non fosse di mio gradimento era proprio bruciata . Patate al forno molto buone e cheesecake.
