I rarely give 5 stars except to those restaurants or places that consider lots of requirements such as hospitality, service, quality of food and so on. On top of them what was fantastic for me was the good behaviour of restaurant manager, while we did not book any table and the restaurant were full they added extra table and provide service for us. The quality of food was fantastic and I had never experienced such good taste of Italian seafood, we end with a fantastic desert, a kind of special cheesecake with pistachio taste and Panacota. Child of a fisherman, you can taste her wisdom where she gives her best: the appetizers. Crudites in particular. High quality fish and skills in the preparation.

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante ieri sera, lo abbiamo scelto in base alle recensioni precedenti, la domanda sorge spontanea: chi è che ha fatto le recensioni precedenti? Molto probabilmente amici e parenti, altrimenti non si spiega! Eravamo in 8 (di cui 2 bambini) la pasta di uno dei bambini quasi cruda, per gli adulti due fritture (mediocri), due primi di cui chitarrone alla marinara e un troccolo allo scoglio bianco (hanno usato lo stesso tipo di pasta, con condimento niente di speciale) e due antipasti freddi e caldi, che sono arrivati dopo che hanno mangiato gli altri commensali dello stesso tavolo, inoltre con una bella attesa tra una portata e l’altra, pertanto quelli che hanno già mangiato si sono fatti una bella attesa per vedere finire i due che avevano gli antipasti. Il voto degli antipasti anche qui mediocre. Per finire il dolce (abbiamo tentato la sorte) semifreddo al caramello (con sciroppo di caramello) pessimo, sorbetto al limone con cubetti di ghiaccio dentro (mai visto prima d’ora) innacquato! Veniamo a Giulianova 10 anni e sinceramente ci sono lidi a Giulianova bassa dove si mangia meglio.
