I recently dined at la Ciacolada, and I have to say, I probably had the best calzone of my life! The dough was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, while the filling was bursting with rich, flavorful ingredients. Every bite was a delight, and it’s clear they take great pride in their craft. The atmosphere was cozy and authentically Italian, making the meal even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, adding to the overall great experience. If you’re a fan of Italian cuisine, especially calzones, La Ciacolada is an absolute must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We went there with eight people five adults and three kids. We ordered a couple of pizzas and lasagne. After 10 minutes the way to come back and inform me that lasagna is not available, and encouraged me to order spaghetti. How to change my order for sword fish, which again happened to be not available so as the last resort I asked for tuna. The pizzas were delivered a few minutes after, however for my fish I had to wait a bit longer. There were multiple waiters covering my table, and unfortunately most of them were not happy that we are there. In my opinion my fish was not ready to be served, it was done in a hurry so it would not have such delay between pizzas. It was a little bit too raw. I know that it could be served that way. They were just one toilet but it was clean. We had to wait a bit long time for the bill. We asked 3 waiters. And in the end in my bill, I found out that they added a "service" which cost us 3 Euros per adult person. (15€ extra), I would not mind if I would not have a bad experience. Nevertheless the pizzas were very tasty, even so the place is very beautiful I would not recommend it, because of the service.

Glad this place is open when other restaurants are closed (before 18h). There was a line during a rain & thunderstorm so we (3 adults) waited around 15min under the sunshade until we got called in to a table. Food arrived fast, considering the large number of guests. We ordered 2 pizzas (neapolitan, pizza oven) and a calamari fritti. Both were great but they don't have tartar sauce, and they only have mayo in tiny heinz packets. The metal cutlery comes served in plastic (why?) and there are also packaged grissini if desired. Water comes in a glass bottle you pay extra for, and there is of course a table fee... No gendered toilets 👍There is no sign for the toilet, but once you find it, there are 2 unmarked rooms. One has a squatting toilet, the other a regular toilet bowl. To use the sink, you need to press down on a pedal on the floor.

I recently visited this restaurant and had mixed feelings about the experience. The waitstaff seemed stressed and not very cheerful, likely due to the pressure of seating new quests in an already crowded space. Unfortunately, this affected the pleasure of overall comfort of our dining experience. We ordered four different dishes. The pizza was delicious and was prepared quickly, which was a highlight of our order. However, we had to wait a long time for the other three dishes and the quality of the food did not match the price we paid. Lasagne looks like not nice and the taste was the same. Bolognese the same. This was disappointing. A lot of opportunities for improvement.

Top Empfehlung !! Great food, excellent service, prices for quality perfectly fine ! Our service staff FRANCESCO very friendly, we felt like home even if it was our first visit . We had to wait 10 min across the street in a bar , LUIGI called us right that time after one drink. Pizza - very typical- not only mainstream. Just great. We can only recommend . Visit rather later than usual dinner time. Offer also to take away pizza y The location is more mass tourism style, super quick table change. A MUST during your stay at grado!
