We used to go there for a hot chocolate after skiing because they have a beautiful fireplace. This time we found out that it has changed owner and becomes a high end restaurant. We checked it out nevertheless. To our surprise, they are creative, offer only quality ingredients and super knowledgeable about their wines especially the local producers. They are not cheap but worth every dollar we spent. We are talking about a high end restaurant offering at a bistro price level in NYC. We went there three times during our short stay and enjoyed the food as well as chatting with the owner. They are super committed to what they do! FZRY is a special and valuable addition in the local food scene! This is a Sunday lunch time in the end of the ski season. FZRY is busy with the locals and overseas skiers. Our steak meal with delicious wines plus “chocolate bomb” dessert and two coffee was only 75 euros total. Amazing price performance 👍

È un peccato che Google non abbia un punteggio di 10. La musica dal vivo è super! Partiamo dal fatto che si paga tanto... E niente, sono finiti gli aspetti negativi. Il locale è molto carino, l'accoglienza perfetta, il cibo davvero squisito. Non so se vale per tutti ma, a mio gusto, quando uno va in un posto dove vengono serviti piatti tipici serve che venga un po' "guidato" nella scelta: qui ho trovato questo e anche di più. Quello della ristorazione è un campo complicato ma che può dare anche tanta soddisfazione: in questo locale si percepisce il "gusto" di combinare la pietanza con la bevanda giusta (ottima la birra tra l'altro!), di consigliare l'ordine di uscita in modo tale da far stare bene adulti e bambini. Insomma, gentilezza ed idee chiare! Provati anche i cornetti appena sfornati (consiglio alla crema)... Spettacolari! Il posto migliore provato in una settimana nella valle di Gressoney.

What an incredible place - I mean both the restaurant but also the coolest bar outside. The service was just above all expected - great, passionate & so friendly people there. We visited the bar each day: had the burgers, the frites, the pizza after long trekking around the valley - the bar also had the great music vibe - at the weekend also a live band (wow - what a great idea - bravo for the concept); the restaurant with such great choice of very tasty food and exquisite wine list. We loved both bar and restaurant for the food, but above all for the people :))) strongly...

Discovered this beautiful little place whilst skiing with my sons…….. fabulous service, food, especially the cheese’s and the wines that are all local. Allessio is a wonderful host and alter tried the other bars, kept returning here and loved every aspect of this lovely place. The Aosta wine Fumin is a very well kept secret (and @ 30 euros!!!) and I’m working hard to track it down now we’re back home but it’s proving a tad elusive; looking like we’ll need to return...
