We used to go there for a hot chocolate after skiing because they have a beautiful fireplace. This time we found out that it has changed owner and becomes a high end restaurant. We checked it out nevertheless. To our surprise, they are creative, offer only quality ingredients and super knowledgeable about their wines especially the local producers. They are not cheap but worth every dollar we spent. We are talking about a high end restaurant offering at a bistro price level in NYC. We went there three times during our short stay and enjoyed the food as well as chatting with the owner. They are super committed to what they do! FZRY is a special and valuable addition in the local food scene! This is a Sunday lunch time in the end of the ski season. FZRY is busy with the locals and overseas skiers. Allessio is a wonderful host and alter tried the other bars, kept returning here and loved every aspect of this lovely place. The Aosta wine Fumin is a very well kept secret (and @ 30 euros!!!) and I’m working hard to track it down now we’re back home but it’s proving a tad elusive; looking like we’ll need to return...
