Ninu Bistrot — Restaurant in Iglesias

As a little disclaimer: maybe your experience will be completely different if you come for brunch or dinner. However, my girlfriend and I showed up for breakfast on a Monday, the Café was empty and we followed the sign that they offer breakfast. When asking for the menu, the otherwise friendly lady said they didn't have a breakfast menu but could only make a sandwich with cheese or ham. Well we had a good coffee and a sandwich with only cheese and a bit of salad and a croissant, but no proper savory breakfast. Maybe this is something they shouldn't advertise, as it is a little misleading. We'll be back from dinner and hope the experience differs. But showing a sign for breakfast and not even having a breakfast menu can't deserve more than...

The service was good but a bit slow and didn't feel very welcoming. The octopus and risotto were cooked excellent - we enjoyed those fully! The burrata was a disappointment (it wasn't bad but it was very average and much worse than what we had in other restaurants in Sardinia). The tiramisu was top notch - one of the best we've ever tried - and we were on a hunt for the best tiramisu in other Italian cities like Rome,...

Je souhaiterais passer tous mes déjeuners et dîners dans ce lieu extraordinaire ! Tout y est : cette belle table comme au milieu d'une cuisine où gravite autour de vous, serveurs concentrés et cuisiniers passionnés !! La cuisine ouverte donne un charme particulier et nous permet d'observer les cuisiniers en train de créer..quels artistes et quel professionnalisme..la serveuse toujours enjouée et souriante s'occupe de vous comme si vous étiez des rois..le vin local, la qualité des mets, les odeurs qui émanent de la cuisine, la viande, une carbonara unique, un tiramisu monstrueusement bon..vous avez un tableau dans notre assiette! Couronnnez le tout avec les regards échangés entre les professionnels et vers vous, qui sont toujours bienveillants ! Un bar qui propose des spiritueux et des whisky assez rares..vous ne voudrez plus repartir. Un bistro? Non un vrai restaurant qui mériterait bien des étoiles (que vous avez dans les yeux)..alors n'y aller pas les yeux fermés mais laissez les ouverts (avec votre nez) car ce restaurant doit être connu et reconnu..bravo !
