Trattoria Pizzeria 54 (da Felice) — Restaurant in Iglesias

Based on the name "trattoria pizzeria" we came to the restaurant to have a pizza. But pizza is no longer on the menu. The sign outside says they have a menu for tourists, but that's not the case at all. The menu was perhaps in local Sardinian language, even google couldn't translate it, so as tourists we basically didn't know what we were ordering. When I ordered the meat itself from the menu, the staff didn't even offer sides, nor did they offer a side with the meatballs, it really wasn't clear from the menu that it was a main course without side dish. Pessima! Probabilmente abituati a piccoli gruppi o coppie. Noi eravamo in tanti e prenotazione fatta dall'agenzia per parecchie serate visto che l'albergo 4 stelle lì vicino non offriva il servizio di ristorazione. L'agenzia ha commesso degli errori ma il titolare non ha fatto nulla per comprendere il nostro disagio (stesso cibo "pasta e carne" per 6 gg consecutivi). Il cibo era scotto e per nulla buono (due persone non si sono sentite bene "coincidenza o altro non possiamo saperlo). Il cibo delle tavolate a fianco sembravano di aspetto migliore. Pur avendo già pagato nel pacchetto tutte le cene in 3, la penultima sera, hanno deciso di andare da un'altra parte mentre la sera successiva in 18 abbiamo preferito andare a mangiare in un altro posto ripagando ancora. Alla telefonata di cortesia per avvisare che non ci saremmo stati ci ha messo giù in un minuto senza interessarsi del motivo. Titolare e dipendenti molto freddi e per nulla empatici. La cameriera si è rifiutata di farci una foto di gruppo da me, gentilmente richiesta. Non è obbligatorio ma è pur sempre una cortesia nei confronti del cliente. E si che avevamo già preparato una sostanziosa mancia da lasciare come avviene quando avvengono uscite organizzate da grosse aziende! Va beh! ci hanno perso e non poco. Nell'altra location ci hanno accolto con affetto e offrendoci una spettacolare pizza con un sorriso che porteremo con noi nella nostra città. Alle comitive dico...
