Is the new MUST STOP when visiting Sicily, wine list is extensive and well curated, the owner Salvo is an absolute gem, supported by an outstanding team of local and experts bartenders.

The food is sourced locally from farms and small businesses; there also is a fantastic selection of confectionery and other gifts ideas for that one foodie friend we all have 😜

What a gem tucked away in the Parko de cava in Ispica. David, the chef and the staff were all incredibly welcoming, providing service and food that was beyond compare. This is a must see in Ispica. Such unique types of pasta, Pesci, and Carne. The cocktails are outstanding. The pictures we have attached do not really do the venue of justice. Atmosfera bellissimo e ottima cucina! Una location pazzesca nella cava di Ispica, lucine soft tra le piante, tavoli curati con cuscini comodi sparsi su diversi piani, grotte, una zona prato con sedute composte da balle di fieno, davvero un’atmosfera magico. Il menu offre proposte di carne e pesce con prodotti locali. Ci sono arrivate delle Polpette offerte dallo chef con patate e provola e con riso. Il Pane servito era molto croccante forse troppo per me che preferisco un pane morbido con cui raccogliere i sughi. Abbiamo preso un Tagliere salumi e formaggi da dividere, poi Fuori menù del giorno: cernia con verdure; Calamarata alla norma: salsa di pomodoro, ricotta salata, melanzane e basilico (la pasta merita davvero, vi consiglio di provarla!), Polpo rosticciato con hummus di ceci modicani e pomodori confit (cottura ottima!)
