Today is our last day here. I feel so lucky to find this gem in stintino… this is the BEST restaurant we’ve had in the past few days. The fish as a starter is super fresh, the seafood pasta is cooked perfectly ❤️👍, the pizza is also not bad. With a perfect view, nice table setup, professional service, Is a 5/5 star restaurant for sure. And yes the price is slightly higher than other restaurants here, but, come on, you’re paying for a better food, service, and the amazing view;) I doubt why such an amazing restaurant only have 3.9stars on Google? Is nowadays people doesn’t know how to judge what good food and service is?

Dopo una bella mattinata di mare, cosa c'è meglio di un bel pranzo di pesce? Il mare "stanca" e la fame incombe, così io e la mia compagna, decisi a fare un pranzo con i fiocchi, facciamo una breve indagine tra passanti e gente del posto e tutti ci consigliano questo ristorante dalla location mozzafiato. L'accoglienza del personale è stata fantastica, come se fossimo clienti da una vita, gentili e disponibili ed anche molto simpatici. Il ristorante è situato all'interno dello stabilimento ed ha una vista con pochi eguali; le vetrate che lo chiudono sono scorrevoli e quando le aprono danno vita ad un'arietta fresca fantastica. Riguardo il cibo, per cominciare abbiamo ordinato come antipasti due tartare: una di salmone con guacamole e mandorle e una di tonno, con agrumi. Tutte e due buonissime, saporite e bilanciate nei sapori. Abbiamo proseguito con due primi fantastici: paccheri con bottarga e pomodirini confit, veramente buoni e la mia compagna cacio e pepe di mare, una vera delizia da provare! Per non farci mancare niente, abbiamo chiuso il nostro pranzo con una bella fritturina mista di mare, deliziosa e asciutta al punto giusto! In finale, un pranzo al mare a 5 stelle! Dopo aver scoperto questo ristorante durante il nostro soggiorno, siamo andati tutti i giorni senza esitare; quando una location fantastica incontra un staff professionale con una cucina così buoana, il risultato è garantito... e noi tutte le volte che verremo a Stintino, andremo sempre al Gabbiano!

Jeg anmelder aldrig spisesteder, men oplevelsen var simpelhen så forfærdelig, at jeg føler det er min pligt. Vi bestilte: 2 poke balls og 2 pizzaer. Efter 5 minutter kommer de to poke balls. Potionen er så lille, at min gravide kæreste og hendes gravide veninde ikke engang blev mætte - 18 euro hver for ikke at blive mætte! Konsistensen af risene var hårde og det virkede som om, at restauranten havde haft portioner opbevaret på køl - ligesom når man har gemt ris fra dagen forinden(fik desværre ikke tager billeder) Mig og min kammerat havde bestilt pizza. Vi fik pizzaen 40 minutter efter bestilling og vi blev svært skuffede. Min diavola var helt våd og mindede om deep pan, mens min kammerats pizza var fuldstændig brændt. Da min kammerats pizza fuldstændig var uspiselig(selvom han var meget sulten og prøvede), var vi nødt til at beklage os til personalet. De virkede ligeglade og min kammerat fik tilbudt at vente på en ny pizza eller lade være med at betale for sin. Hans nye pizza var så våd, at han var nødt til at vende den på siden for at overskydende væske kunne hældes fra. Gør jer selv en tjeneste at lade være med at spise her! Det vil i ikke fortryde medmindre hårde ris, brændt pizza og lang ventetid er fortrukket.

With a perfect view, nice table setup, professional service, Is a 5/5 star restaurant for sure. And yes the price is slightly higher than other restaurants here, but, come on, you’re paying for a better food, service, and the amazing view;)

We ordered pizza for the children as the rest of us took some time to decide on what to eat. One of the children got the pizza after a short time, the other two after 45 minutes !!! The pizza would not have arrived if we had not asked repeatedly after them.

Also, the tables which had been seated after us, got their food long before we did.

None of us ate at the same time though, as the food arrived randomly.

As we ordered a bottle of wine, one should think the waiter would leave it by our table, but no. Again, we had to ask the waiter for a refill.

Terrible! We were a family of four for dinner and one person's food only arrived when the others had already finished their meal. And the restaurant was almost empty. Now, I understand why. Not even an apology! We had to ask for drinks more than once because they forgot. In the end, the bill included several extra drinks. They were the ones they forgot to bring. Employees leaning over instead of worrying about customers. Only the waitress, who had little experience, made an effort to try to save the situation with her friendliness. The food below average. poor...
