For our supper (of twelve 12) to celebrate my mother in-law’s 80th birthday, we chose to do it at this restaurant. Upon arrival, the attitudes started to come out as they had to wait a few minutes until we took commemorative pictures. Then, once at the table, I announced that we were several families and required individual billing, and the waiter said something to the likes of “great”! Next, when inquiring about the Cananau wine, the same waiter was insulting to the point that he made a comment to go to the red wine section “first of all” when I just received the wine menu. Several at the table made comments about his attitude and he responded “no attitude”. The food was good, but not great and when it came to pay, I went to the cash and attempted to explain in my best Italian what my family had taken…I got a “F you” look from the eyes and a “Gracie Mille” from the mouth as payment passed. Es war mein Geburtstag, der das Personal des Lokals ruiniert hat. Ein Tisch mit herrlichem Blick auf den Strand wurde 10 Tage vor der Eröffnung des Restaurants um 19 Uhr bestellt. Als wir mit meinem Mann ankamen und Wein bestellten, begann das Personal, unsere Bestellung alle 5 Minuten anzupassen, und dann stellte sich heraus, dass wir nur anderthalb Stunden essen und trinken mussten, worüber uns niemand vorher gewarnt hatte, weil der Tisch vor 2 Wochen bestellt wurde! Wie stellen Sie sich einen Geburtstag in 1,5 Stunden vor? Der Administrator der Einrichtung - die Frau war ein absoluter Laie, unverständlich und unfreundlich, nicht nur, dass sie keine einzige Fremdsprache kennt !!!! Sie arbeitete im touristischen Bereich (der Kellner übersetzte alles), bot aber auch keine Alternative an, um nach einiger Zeit an einen anderen Tisch zu ziehen oder den Konflikt irgendwie zu lösen. Es ist im Allgemeinen nicht bekannt, für welche Verdienste solche Leute zur Arbeit gebracht werden! Schande ist einfach! Wir sind viel unterwegs , aber ein Administrator, der kein Wort versteht, weder Englisch noch Deutsch, noch Spanisch oder wo er es nicht kennengelernt hat. Das ist lächerlich!!! Die Speisekarte im Restaurant ist für solche Portionen teuer, der Wein, den wir für 40 Euro genommen haben, roch nach billigem Alkohol. Zusammenfassend : Das Personal, das aufgrund der Aussicht auf das Meer beliebt ist, verhält sich besonders an der Rezeption unhöflich. Ich empfehle Ihnen, einen anderen Ort für den Abend zu wählen, es gibt auch andere Restaurants in der Nähe, in denen der Preis mit der Qualität von Essen und Service übereinstimmt. Ich setze nur einen Stern pro Ansicht, und man konnte einfach auf das Dach des Restaurants klettern, um den Sonnenuntergang zu bewundern und schöne Fotos zu machen, da das Restaurant die Aufmerksamkeit nicht wert ist, solange solche Laien...
