Residence Hotel La Pelosetta — Hotel in Isthintini/Stintino

This is the worst experience. The check in was very late, at 5 p.m. The sofa is not comfortable. There is no space in the room if you extend the sofa. They never clean your room or change the towels. You have to pay extra if you want these services. They offer you only 2 pieces of toilet paper, 2 mini soaps and a few mini packages of shampoo and shower gel. If you need more, you have to buy them yourself. In the room there is only 1 socket for your charger. You have to take out the trash by yourself and you have to clean the dishes before you check out, but they don't give you dish soap. Actually they recommended us just to rinse dishes the with some water. It's not hygienic. The toilet seat was broken, the shower cabin was very small. They don't have mosquito netting and we had a lot of flies and bugs in room. They don't have air conditioning, only a fan. They say they have their own private beach. Actually it is a space with grass and you have to pay 20 euro per person for a sunbed. They recommended us their own restaurant. The staff there was very rude with us. We chose this hotel for Pelosa Beach and we found out that you need a reservation to have access to this beach. My wife snd i were just passing by with our car and saw this great located restaurant and decided to have a quick lunch to enjoy the beach and walk around after. The old waiter was terrible and another younger not that bad. First we asked the menu and the waiter was watching TV, it took some moments to bring us the menu, when we decided to sit, we got a nice table with a good view, when the waiter realized we were just sharing a pizza, he told us we need to go to a plastic table without any view, because the good table was for larger requests or pay 2eur by person to sit there, then we asked the pizza, it was written eggs, and it literally came with one single almost raw egg, the bacon was not fried só there was fat everywhere in the pizza because of the oven, it gave us heartburn the whole noon. The toilet was terrible and disgusting. The beer was bad but cold, the coke was cold. They gave us no dishes, no olive oil, no salt, basically just fork, knife. Not a nice place at all. If I could rate minus I would. The worst hotel I've ever booked. If you can say hotel to it. It took like 45 minutes to check us in. When they showed us the room it was like nightmare . It smeled like it was dampened for years. The bathroom was so small even a teenager could barely stand in it and it didn't drain properly so we should stand on the edge so our foot didn't touch dirty water. Overall cleanness of the room and specially blankets and sheets were awful we preferred to use our towel instead. They left us some dishes and cups and pans but nothing to clean them and nothing to make a tea or something. Wifi was like Yoyo, intermittently disconnected ( like every 30 second ) and everytime you had to search for the SSID and login again , even then it was too slow you couldn't load a video clip properly.
