Il Granso di Gigi — Restaurant in Jesolo

We decided to try Il Granso di Gigi for dinner, looking for something new in Jesolo. The place is clearly popular and has a funky, playful décor that sets a lively mood.

From the kitchen, we enjoyed a wide variety of dishes. The mussels in guazzetto were fresh and flavorful, while the tuna tartare and fassona tartare showed good quality ingredients and careful preparation. The gnocchi with crab and seafood spaghetti “Scogliera” were rich, generous, and well balanced, standing out as highlights of the meal. On the lighter side, the caprese crudo, minestrone, and a classic lasagna rounded out the table nicely.

We paired everything with a bottle of Pinot Bianco Elena Walch, which matched the seafood very well, and finished with refreshing mango sorbetto. Service was attentive and friendly throughout the evening, contributing to an overall positive experience.

The check came to €218 for five people, which felt fair considering the quality, quantity, and variety of what we ordered.

In short: a fun spot in Jesolo with a creative vibe, good seafood dishes, and reliable service. Worth a try if you’re looking for something a little different from the usual choices...

It was a neat experience indeed. We ate lunch at around 12:30 which I recommend, as it wasn't too crowded. The food was tasty, the plates were generous, and the deserts were just fabulous. Most probably we'll eat here again when we'll be around.

If I were to share a constructive feedback, I would recommend the staff not to charge the service fee for children younger than 2... We paid €10 service fee (parents + 5y/o + 2y/o), which was close to 20% of the total check, check that consisted of 3 main courses...

One of our favorite restaurants in Jesolo! Great quality and authentic atmosphere inside. Delicious pastas and the seafood mixed appetizers are a highlight!

They are located in main street „Via Bafile“, that becomes a pedestrian area in summer evenings and can be really busy so reservations are recommended especially on weekends.
