I had the pleasure of dining at Anca Massa, a cozy and nice seafood restaurant located in Lido di Jesolo, Italy on September 10th, 2022. The owner recommended the mussel soup, which turned out to be absolutely delicious. The rich broth and perfectly cooked mussels with a hint of garlic & various herbs and white wine made for a truly satisfying start to the meal.
For the main course, I opted for the fish platter, which featured a variety of fresh seafood. While the dish was tasty, it was a bit dry for my liking. However, the grilled fish was a standout with its smoky flavor.
As I enjoyed my meal, I noticed that many people were ordering the lobster pasta, and I regretted not trying it myself. That dish is definitely on my list for my next visit to Anca Massa.
Overall, Anca Massa is a great restaurant with excellent service, a cozy atmosphere, and a solid menu of seafood dishes. If you find yourself in Lido di Jesolo, be sure to give it a try, and don't miss out on the mussel soup or the...
Read morethe food was really good, everyone in my group liked it. they had the pizza and said had a nice thin crust and the toppings were good. i had grilled chicken and salad - it was amazing. the chicken is prepared really really well and the salad was good even without any dressing. the bread they give is amazing, the cornbread in particular is incredible. i also enjoyed the grissini and crackers they give on the side. they are very accomodating, some people had dietary restrictions and the waiters took everything that was said to them into account and accomodated our needs. my only complaint is the language barrier and some waiters not being able to understand what i wanted to order. luckily, someone in my group spoke italian fluently but i can imagine the language barrier being an issue for some. other than that the waiters were really nice ^ ^ all in all, good food and nice atmosphere. would come...
Read moreThis is the best restaurant we have tried in Jesolo (my Italian friend confirm). We called for the reservation and they sent us messages again, very professional. We had lunch and ready to try both antipasti and primi but the plates were quite big and it’s super delicous, trust us! We had their best seller-tagliatelle tonno e zucchini and classic spaghetti frutti di mare, both were amazing, tasted like heaven. Their pasta was fresh and handmade, which made the dishes more special. Their bread was also outstanding. We tried also the white wine of the house but it was not so memorable. Price is one of the advantages of the restaurant, very good price compare to others restaurant we had tried! The space was quite nice, interesting, staffs were nice, service was fast in general. Anyways, this restaurant is highly recommended! It’s not crowded at lunch but for dinner u might need...
