Buffalo - Steakhouse & Pizza — Restaurant in Lazise

While the kids are off at Caneva Water Park, husband and I decided to have a nice, leisurely lunch. Mama was in the mood for steak!

Buffalo Grill did not disappoint. Inside there is a picture of where each cut of meat comes from on a cow. I thought that was pretty cool.

I order the filet with Gorgonzola sauce with rum and coke. The steak was perfect. It was juicy and the sauce was a great compliment. The rum was strong. They brought out the rum in a separate glass from the ice and the coke so it can stay fresh longer. I’ll be ordering my rum and cokes like this from now on.

Hubby ordered a salad. He wanted to eat light. We both finished our food and went for desert. The panna cotta was smooth and not chalky. Perfectly held together with the berries adding to the texture and taste.

Tijdens onze zoektocht naar een goede eetplek kwamen we terecht bij Buffalo Steakhouse & Pizza, en het bleek een fantastische keuze te zijn. Dit restaurant biedt een heerlijke combinatie van sappige steaks en authentieke pizza's, waardoor het voor iedereen in ons gezelschap iets te bieden had.

Het restaurant zelf heeft een gezellige en uitnodigende sfeer, met een interieur dat een knipoog geeft naar de traditionele steakhouse-stijl, maar met een moderne twist. De bediening was vriendelijk en attent, wat meteen zorgde voor een aangename start van onze avond.

Het menu bij Buffalo Steakhouse & Pizza is gevarieerd en aantrekkelijk. Voor de vleesliefhebbers zijn de steaks hier absoluut een aanrader. We kozen voor de mixedgrill en de filetto di black angus alla griglia, beide perfect gegrild naar onze wensen. Het vlees was van uitstekende kwaliteit, mals en vol van smaak. De bijgerechten, zoals de gegrilde groenten en knapperige frietjes, waren de perfecte aanvulling op de maaltijd.

Voor degenen die zin hadden in iets anders, bood het restaurant ook een brede selectie aan pizza's. De pizza's werden bereid in een houtoven, wat zorgde voor een heerlijke krokante korst en rijke, authentieke smaken. De Margherita was simpel maar heerlijk, met verse tomatensaus, romige mozzarella en een vleugje basilicum. De Pepperoni-pizza was rijkelijk belegd en precies zoals het hoort: hartig en bevredigend.

Wat ook opviel was de uitgebreide drankkaart, met een goede selectie aan wijnen en ambachtelijke bieren die perfect samengaan met zowel de steaks als de pizza's. We kozen voor een lokale rode wijn, die uitstekend paste bij ons diner.

Afsluiten deden we met een huisgemaakt dessert – een klassieke tiramisu – dat licht en vol smaak was, precies zoals je het verwacht in een goed Italiaans restaurant.

Buffalo Steakhouse & Pizza biedt de perfecte balans tussen heerlijke steaks en authentieke pizza's, in een omgeving waar iedereen zich welkom voelt. Of je nu zin hebt in een sappige steak, een knapperige pizza, of beide, dit restaurant heeft het allemaal. Wij kijken er zeker naar uit om hier weer te dineren tijdens ons...

Posto molto bello, con parcheggio anche interno. La location si presenta bene. Il personale è pronto e scattante al servizio, nonostante la sala era abbastanza piena. Subito molto accoglienti e calorosi, ci hanno offerto subito da bere appena seduti. Bevande e pane/schiacciate arrivate subito… Ordiniamo Carne, e contorni… io chiedo consiglio, e per me viene servita una picanã. Che dire… … un esperienza unica. la Picanã di questo ristorante è stata una delle migliori carni mai mangiate in 37 anni di vita, (ne ho girati a migliaia di ristornati nel MONDO, e sono un appassionato di alimentazione e amo il buon cibo) qualità davvero SUPER ECCELLENTE, carne: delicata, gustosa, dal sapore unico, si scioglieva in bocca, il TOP di qualità. (Ogni boccone era un esplosione di vita, e sapore) Chiedo precedentemente in fase di ordine, se la porzione (in termini di quantità) oltre alla qualità, soddisfava gli stomaci affamati come il mio…. La porzione arrivata era perfetta ed abbastanza ampia da aver così riempito anche in termini di quantità la grande fame che avevo (erano le 21:30 ed ero a digiuno da tutto il giorno, avevo davvero parecchia fame) Infine altro amaro offerto…. e ci è stato fatto pure lo sconto sul conto finale. Che dire! È davvero un ottimo posto in tutto!
