After 16 days in Italy, I didn’t think it would be possible to need a break from Italian food but I am a sucker for crepes and Crepes OUI is the real deal - both buckwheat for savory and traditional wheat crepes for sweet. There are so many interesting combinations that I will come back to choose the zucchini curry for lunch tomorrow. (Tonight I chose the special - tomatoes, pesto and a special local cheese I didn’t recognize. It came with anchovies but those aren’t for me.). €3 house wine by the glass is hard to beat - I so love 🇮🇹!! The owner is fabulous - full of smiles, passionate about crepes, his homemade cream and pleasing his customers. Such a delight this place! Just off the beaten path of Lanzise, tucked away in the residential area, is OUI: a creperie established since 1997. No surprise why it’s a popular spot amongst the locals and tourists alike.
The service from the owner and staff is second to none - so attentive and welcoming.
The food - incredible. We had a selection of the Galettes and Crepes. Immediately ordered more from the first bite. Get the Mamma Mia!
Coffee - likely best in all of Lake Garda, and at uninflated prices.

Read moreLast night we had landed at Malpensa Milan airport and had been lost navigating our way to lake Garda and we arrived at OUI at 9pm! Paulo took amazing care of us. He presented us with two Gallettes which were incredible. Tomato, cheese and special anchovies from Sicily. And then …. A dessert galette that was absolutely delicious! Once again his surprise for us. I would highly recommend driving, cycling, walking well out of your way to go to this restaurant for any meal you need!!
