By far the most unfriendly person and owner I've ever met. We were told we could go to the bathroom on-site. When we wanted to go to the bathroom this evening, the owner came out like a fury and yelled at us terribly. When we told her we were really sorry and hadn't known, she vaccinated us afterward and said something like, "I'm supposed to clean up everyone's shit here." When we tried to explain to her that several people had already just gone to the restroom, she attacked us again. Enoteca autentica! We had a very nice experience at the winery Zanoni - a hidden gem in Lazise. Welcomed by the cats of the owner relaxing in the sun outside the heritage building our stay was crowned with a wine tasting in the authentic well-tempered cellar. Our host was very competent and told us about the Zanoni family business, the 20+ hectar vineyard and typical grapes of the local terroir.
