Trattoria Baffo — Restaurant in Legnano

Honestly… The food was very good! Here for work, With chinese colleagues, None of us speaking italian (even if we all work for an italian company!)

The owner (I think) understood we were 4 to eat, us at a table Understood the order for water and wine!

Then told us the meals (non paper menu to Google translate) and no envy for him to be warm and welcoming.

With the help of another customer we have been able to order, Then I heard him mocking us during the time we decided what to order… We should have guess that the adress was not the best as we were only 6 customers. He didn’t even served the wine…

Poor service quality Quite good food But when came the time to pay he was smiling and almost (yes almost…) nice…

Very poor service in a country like Italy where I have had only very amazing experience every time I came in the country…

Too old to learn how to be nice with foreign customers…

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo cenato per la prima volta in questa trattoria. Partiamo dal presupposto che il proprietario mi ha dato la sensazione di una persona buona. Però sono capitate alcune situazioni sgradevoli,per quanto riguarda i nostri pareri. Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto di affettati,un primo pasta al pesto e un dolce. Ci hanno servito un assaggio di benvenuto ( 1 fetta di affettato e un pezzo di formaggio). Fin qui tutto bene... Il proprietario con molta serenità simpatizzando con i clienti per intrattenerli bestemmiava qua e là senza motivo iniziò a servirci il primo,la buonissima pasta al pesto! Finito di mangiare il primo decidemmo di andarcene via. Eravamo molto stanchi e pensando che il misero assaggio offerto fosse l'antipasto di affettati. Avviandoci alla cassa il proprietario ci disse:" ragazzi avete bisogno?" Noi:"vorremmo il conto grazie " Il proprietario:"ragazzi manca l'antipasto di affettati lo volete ancora?" Noi basiti tornammo al tavolo domandandoci ma l'antipasto non dovrebbe essere servito inizialmente?! Le nostre conclusioni per quanto riguarda qualità prezzo,il costo è eccessivo per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Ripeto il proprietario a sensazione e una persona d'animo buono,ma le bestemmie no grazie! Lui si vantava dicendo "Io faccio questo lavoro da 50 anni" Io porto rispetto ma in 50 anni di lavoro nessuno ti ha mai detto di non bestemmiare davanti ai clienti? Se fossi andato con mio figlio piccolo? Uscivo da quella trattoria sentendolo bestemmiare? Mi dispiace dirlo ma SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE!!! Ps l'antipasto da che mondo è mondo va servito...
