Ristorante da Miro — Restaurant in Lignano Sabbiadoro

Siamo venuti in questo ristorante di pesce perché ci piace il pesce, da buoni intenditori sappiamo benissimo che con il pesce si beve il vino bianco e così abbiamo fatto. Ci sono anche delle persone che con il pesce bevono il vino rosso, ma noi abbiamo preferito andare sul sicuro. Siamo andati anche in altri ristoranti di pesce, anche se non in tutti ovviamente perlopiù per motivi di tempo. In genere assaggiamo tipologie di pesce differenti, e finora si è sempre dimostrata una strategia vincente, gli estimatori sanno che non tutti i pesci hanno lo stesso sapore. Arrivati al ristorante non abbiamo saputo resistere al binomio pesce/ristorante di pesce così abbiamo ordinato il pesce, anzi 5 pesci per la verità, esattamente uno a testa, o così almeno mi è parso facendo un po' i conti. Effettivamente come dicevo poc anzi (cosa confermatami dai miei commensali ) a pesci diversi corrispondono gusti differenti, non mi sento però di metterci la mano sul fuoco perché, se la matematica non mi inganna, ne ho mangiato solo uno che peraltro era quello che avevo ordinato. Comunque devo dire che in quanto a scelta pesce il locale è imbattibile, ce ne sono veramente tante tipologie, difficile ricordarle a memoria, meglio consultare il comodo menù. In definitiva il pesce era ottimo peccato per la mancanza delle mini banane di cui vado ghiotto ma non si può farne una colpa al ristorante, del resto si tratta di un ristorante di pesce.

Wir haben uns spontan anhand der Bewertungen fürs Essen hier entschieden und haben per Anruf versucht einen Tisch zu reservieren. Es hat aber niemand abgehoben. Doch eine Minute später kam überraschend der Rückruf und ein Tisch wurde für uns reserviert. Das Ambiente ist recht nett, direkt am Hafen, wir konnten auch einen herrlichen Sonnenuntergang bewundern. Das Essen ist an sich im gehobeneren preislichen Segment angesiedelt. Wir hatten u. a ein Beef Tartar als Vorspeise, das leider schlicht eine Katastrophe war, komplett mit Sehnen durchzogen und wie ein Kaugummi zu kauen. Nach unserer Reklamation, die sehr entschuldigend aufgenommen wurde, wurde uns erst eine andere Vorspeise angeboten, was wir aber ablehnten. Die Vorspeise wurde uns fairerweise nicht ins Rechnung gestellt. Der Rest des Essens war eigentlich ganz OK. Das Thunfischsteak war sehr gut, aber auch sehr einfach zubereitet, das beiliegende gegrillte Gemüse waren wirklich gut. Auch die Spaghetti Vongole waren genauso in Ordnung wie die Spaghetti mit Fleischsauce. Die Dorade meines Sohnes war herrlich.
