Rifugio Burz — Restaurant in Livinallongo del Col di Lana

We have been in Arabba and visited the Burz several times. Good food and high quality. But this year 2025 on feb 18th I was chocked by the staff service. I wanted a hot chocolate and a beer in the out door bar and the young guy was obviously not interested of providing any service at all. Just me showing up at the counter made him sigh and raising his arms as he was bothered with my presence. I told him that he might consider me as a client paying for service, but his whole body language and his language was just so utterly bad. I am honestly chocked by the way I was treated. They do have Hawaiian pizza on the menu and in the spirit of F. around and find out I decided to order it. The waitress taking the order was visibly shocked and disgusted at the order but I did reiterate disregarding the tears in her eyes. The waiter bringing the order refused to say out loud the name of the abomination he brought to the table. With every bite I could taste the shame of the pizzaiolo who had to prepare this. It tasted like (redacted), obviously, because it’s a (redacted) idea to put pineapple on pizza. We stopped for lunch at 2pm so it was at the end of the peak hours. We waited at the table for around 30 minutes for a waiter to come and take our order. In the meantime a table next to us that came later already ordered and got their food (they weren't foreigners, not sure if it has anything to do with it). After ordering the food was done very quickly but the shrimp in risotto we ordered was raw. We were told we were the 3rd table today that complained about this but apparently the shrimp is supposed to be raw and it's called marinara shrimp. However, they cooked it for us after all.
