Food is 5/10 - the all you can eat dinner is misleading and if there are items missing, don’t worry they won’t tell you and just bring something else. Some items you can only order once (okay fine) others you can only pick one roll on the page for example. Not worth the money and not great wait staff.

Edit/Response to the restaurant: I was served a deep fried shrimp, not a spring roll. I also arrived at opening time (19h as per google) and was asked to wait outside until 19h30, which I did in the rain and was given no explanation.

In my experience, it's not common to have an "all you can eat" formula but only pick one standard roll. Of course somethings can be excluded from the menu (which is more common) but rolls are rarely limited. What makes more common sense is to charge for any food that has not been eaten. If that choice is unsustainable for you, it's understandable but please don't pretend to be an all you can eat as it goes against the entire name of the concept.

And finally, I can see from all the other reviews complaining about your waiting staff that I am not the only one to have had an unpleasant experience so although these reviews and your responses probably will not improve your service, perhaps it will discourage people to spend their hard earned money at...

The food is good. However, most of our orders didn't arrive. They cannot handle a lot of people. We tried to understand them because it's lunch time and it's busy, but we waited for too long. We told the 2 ladies and 1 of them told us to wait. The other lady tried to avoid us. We also talked to the guy. He said they know and they're working on it. But still the order didn't arrive. When we're paying, we remind them again that most of the sushi we ordered didn't arrived. I just hope that next time if they can't accommodate their guests, just say so. We tried to remind them so many times. But it really didn't arrive. Very bad...

From all the restaurants “ All you can eat” this one is the worst one , the opening hours are from 12PM, however the Indian waitress let all of us to enter only at 12:17, she put an object by the entrance, that won’t let the guests to come in. Also the menu selection for the lunch is very poor, some items you can order only once . Comparing to other restaurants-this one is way below in service and options. Kindly, explain the the Indian waitress, that she needs to pay attention to the customers, couple of times I was trying to give her the order- But...
